What You’ll Do.
The VP of Customer Success will be responsible for building and leading a world-class Customer Success team focused on results.
Customer Success Team Management
• Mentor and develop team members capable of executing essential responsibilities.
• Transform/build a team that has historically been focused on support-based Customer Success activities into a world-class professional services team.
• Identify talent needs for long-term success.
Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success
• Define operational metrics for the team.
• Establish system for tracking metrics within our CRM.
• Create cadence for review within team.
• Expose subset of metrics to Sr. Leadership Team, the Company and Board of Directors
Drive Customer Success Outcomes/Strategy
• Architect the Customer Success team and solutions to leverage and grow in support of revenue goals.
Find the right balance of services and support for our customer categories - Large Family Farms, Enterprise and Corporate Customers
• Increase existing customer renewal rates and support churn reduction.
• Expand our revenue with existing customers through cross-sell and up-sell solutions selling.
• Influence future lifetime value through high product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
• Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and networking.
Professional Services
• Build and expand Conservis’ professional services offerings, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to integrate these offerings into the sales and customer lifecycle.
• Expand Conservis’ existing service offering in solutions and data consulting and service delivery.
• Work closely with Sales Engineer and Product team on technical integrations as needed.
Customer Lifecycle
• Ensure the customer journey map supports overall success.
• Standardize interventions for each point in the customer journey.
Define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies - particularly focusing on Enterprise and Corporate customers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Define and apply Customer Success best practices.
Who You Are.Key Qualifications
• Demonstrated progressive experience in aCustomer Success and/or Professional Services leadership role. Sales experience will also be considered
10+ years
experience managing and scaling services in aSaaS B2B sales environment.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Experience consulting and presenting toEnterprise and Corporate customers.
• Pre-sale
experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for a Sr. Leadership/Board of Directors audience.
• Ag Tech experience is a plus, but not required.

The Trade Promotion Management engineering team is on an exciting journey of implementing and rolling out an innovative business-to-business SaaS product to a global market and we are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our existing DevOps team. You will be responsible for the continued drive towards positive quality of life and velocity improvements within the development team, through streamlining process and automation, as well as ownership of the backend ( Azure ) cloud infrastructure that our system depends upon.
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
• Building a broad, basic understanding of the TPM Enterprise / Demeter architecture and technology stack and its moving parts.
• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure As Code tools and practices as well as any relevant automation and tooling.
• Staying current with industry trends, and finding new ways to improve our infrastructure and process.
• Migrating existing applications to cloud computing platforms.
• Monitoring and Supporting the continued uptime of the production environment during US business hours.
Candidate Description
In general, a candidate that is successful in their career at TAC will have some, or all of the following characteristics:
• Technically strong, providing portfolio or descriptive examples of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions .
• They will have a knack for explaining complex concepts and ideas to other employees and external clients at the level required for them to understand.
• Have a genuine interest in incremental improvement of software, processes and automation to drive business value.
• Not afraid of greenfield and innovation projects, developing their own technical constraints where requirements are not yet fully defined.
• Fine with working autonomously on a project and reporting their progress and ideas on their tasks to management and stakeholders.
A candidate will be required to have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Related technical field, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Basic Command Line familiarity for both Linux (bash, shell) and windows (powershell)
• Good knowledge of networking
• Knowledge of containerized workloads ( Docker, Kubernetes )
• Git
through either Github, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with an Infrastructure-As-Code such as ARM , or Terraform .

As the Director, Product Management (Program Execution products), you will work strategically, and with a powerful team to ensure the success of TELUS Agriculture by constantly developing new innovations, going into new markets and increasing sales and profitability in asustainedmanner.
Your task as the Director of our Agribusiness Product Management is to increase TELUS Agriculture success within our Program Execution product lines in the Agriculture Manufacturer and Retail space.
Through your Product leadership, engagement with our customers, and your deep understanding of all data management software, you will lead your team successfully and raise the TELUS Agriculture to the next level.
You will have a unique blend of business and technical understanding to lead the creation of sophisticated product visions and roadmaps that address market needs, differentiate us from competitors and drive our profitable growth.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the evolution and continued development and efficacy of our team member systems. Our commitment is to provide team members with a leading digital experience that is simple, fast and easy anywhere, anytime and on any device.
Administering and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors across the entire team member life cycle will be key to your role. You’ll actively identify process improvements, document business and technical requirements and ensure delivery to specifications working closely with our systems support vendors.
Reporting to the TELUS Agriculture & Consumer GoodsPeople & Culture Systems Manager, you will collaborate closely with our People & Culture stakeholders to address areas of focus and implement system enhancements to deliver an enhanced user experience, while finding efficiencies for the business.
Here’s how
• Own, optimize, enhance, configure and troubleshoot key SuccessFactors modules, or other digital tools our team supports (from hire to retire)
• Collaborate with P&C system vendors to manage roadmap deliverables and build strong working relationships
• Ensure progress on projects and P&C systems roadmap & deliverables
• Lead business reviews on vendor support/progress to plan
• Support translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements across modules (Transactional – EC, ECP, Time and Talent – PM/GM, Succession, Compensation etc.)
• Review, configure, test and showcase new features or new configurations in SuccessFactors to meet business needs
• Provide thought leadership and recommendations by staying abreast of SuccessFactors offerings, solutions and releases
• Provide deep subject matter expertise across multiple areas of P&C systems including core HR, time, payroll and talent management
• Lead, coordinate and make systems recommendations as it relates to all M&A assessments and execution
• Create and execute detailed functional and UAT testing plans for approval and sign off
• Provide insights and recommendations on ways to optimize the team member’s digital experience
• Leverage service design principles and agile implementation methodology to implement system solutions and increase team member usage/adoption
• Perform application system analysis and prepare data flow diagrams to articulate system understanding
• Coach and foster rewarding working relationships with key stakeholders and team members
• Support application system analysis to prepare storyboards, wireframes, journey maps and/or data flow diagrams to articulate system understanding
• Manage incident/escalation processes to minimize system downtime

• Own, optimize, enhance, configure and troubleshoot key SuccessFactors modules, or other digital tools our team supports (from hire to retire)
• Collaborate with P&C system vendors to manage roadmap deliverables and build strong working relationships

• Lead business reviews on vendor support/progress to plan

• Managing accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for timely and accurate reporting of business results
• Establishing, implementing and monitoring accounting policies, practices and systems to create a strong internal control environment.
• Analyzing and reviewing financial data and preparing supplemental reporting packages for TELUS in preparation of their external financial statements.
• Partnering with the CFO to determine accounting and reporting implications for all material business decisions in a global business.
• Creating a growth mindset for the controller organization by hiring, developing, and promoting team members to higher levels of responsibility. • Providing leadership in implementation and rollout of SAP S4 ERP.

As our Marketing Operations Manager for Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods (FB&CG), youwill be in charge of managing operations, creating strategic marketing campaigns, and workingwith marketing team members, Revenue Operations leaders, stakeholders, and Salesforceteam members.
Here’s how
• Supports recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and development of team members
• Oversee content creation, white papers, e-books, video production and blogs
• Serve as a leader on the Marketing team working collaboratively to drive marketing campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, and overall strategy
• Utilize data to understand where marketing strategies have fallen short in the past and suggest ways to improve success and drive growth
• Serve as champion of marketing data stewardship within FBCG
• Oversee data targeting for geographic and account based marketing efforts
• Work with stakeholders to develop marketing strategy and drive future initiatives
• Responsible for the marketing technology stack and current in marketing technology innovations
• Manage the campaign calendar, lead score assignments, landing pages
• Understanding of changing email marketing conventions and limitations and how they affect reporting
• People management experience includes managing appropriate team members. Skilled in positive motivation and collaboration.
• Website maintenance and updates/consolidation experience
What you bring to this role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics or related degree
• BS/MBA in marketing or equivalent experience
• 5-7 Years of experience within Marketing Operations teams
• Certified operator of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot
• Experience with marketing automation and experience within Marketing Operations
• Experience with SalesForce and integration
• Experience with lead generation, email marketing campaigns, reviewing data, and creating successful marketing campaigns
• Hubspot and Salesforce experience preferred – Hubspot certified
• HTML 5 competency
• WordPress capabilities
• Has managed database consolidations in Hubspot
• Data Reporting on all campaigns and metrics from Salesforce and Hubspot
