We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to provide administrative support to our team and manage all aspects of our events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events such as workshops, and seminars. They will also handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events such as workshops, and seminars, including budget, venue selection, catering, logistics, marketing, and follow-up.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events.
• Maintain and update the company's databases and filing systems.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Native German or near native level and fluency in English
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and executing successful events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a corporate setting.
