• What You’ll Do*
The Audience Development Specialist’s core responsibility is to identify, develop, and grow the reach of our brands to support new and repeat business in the form of online course registrations, subscription sales, and more. • Strong organization and strategic thinking skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-work environment with sensitive company information.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA preferred.

We are currently looking for a Holistic Sales Representative to help in our efforts. As a Sales rep you will focus on cultivating existing relationships with current customers and bringing JLG into new school systems and public libraries, getting the best books in the country into more hands. You’ll take ownership of establishing professional relationships with librarians and other key personnel in your assigned territory while meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and sales goals.
• Qualifications:*
• Previous experience and comfort in commission-based sales role
• Previous experience with monthly and yearly goals and quotas
• Previous inside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
• Previous experience working both renewals and new business territories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics

We are currently looking for a Holistic Sales Representative to help in our efforts. As a Sales rep you will focus on cultivating existing relationships with current customers and bringing JLG into new school systems and public libraries, getting the best books in the country into more hands. You’ll take ownership of establishing professional relationships with librarians and other key personnel in your assigned territory while meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and sales goals.
• Qualifications:*
• Previous experience and comfort in commission-based sales role
• Previous experience with monthly and yearly goals and quotas
• Previous inside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
• Previous experience working both renewals and new business territories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Previous experience working in the K12 school system with a focus on selling to librarians preferred

• What You’ll Do*
As a Holistic AR you’ll take ownership of establishing professional relationships with librarians and other key personnel in your assigned territory while meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, new business, renewal business and upsell goals.
• Previous experience and comfort in a commission-based sales role
• Previous experience with monthly and yearly goals and quotas
• Previous inside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
• Previous experience working both renewals and new business territories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Previous experience working in the K12 school system with a focus on selling to librarians preferred
• In-Person travel via car or plane up to 10% of your time
This role requires someone who is results-driven and exhibits curiosity, collaboration, and coachability. You will be working independently as well as within a team and need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
The Holistic Account Representative role can be conducted remotely. Currently, we are employing legal residents of the following states: AL, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, CO, UT, WA, and operating on eastern standard time.
