What you'll do...

• Supports the Walton Life Fitness Center by conducting walk-through inspections and performing spot cleaning of fitness equipment; securing substitute instructors; supporting fitness programming (for example, registration, first day of class); and educating associates on specific health and wellness topics (for example, presentations, broadcasts, health fairs).
• Administers programs for the fitness center (for example, BikeShare) by assisting in the development of new programs; coordinating program design materials; serving as the contact point for associate and stakeholder questions; identifying any possible issues; collaborating with key stakeholders (for example, supplier partners) to resolve issues; following up to ensure resolution; tracking and updating metrics (for example, mile usage per bike, temperature); analyzing data and providing reports to senior leadership; making recommendations for improvements or expansions; and presenting programs to departments.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Human Resources Generalist for the Life Fitness manufacturing facility in Owatonna, MN, you are a key member of the Human Resources team, providing HR partnering, support and expertise to approximately 300 people, including a large manufacturing population. You will be responsible for various HR functions through the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, training & onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ownership and execution of full lifecycle talent acquisition activities for hourly and salaried positions throughout the facility, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, selection, offers and onboarding. Includes responsibility for the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes in Workday for all new hires.
• Manages relationships with Life Fitness Owatonna's temporary staffing partners to ensure there is adequate headcount to meet production demands, including prompt resolution of performance and/or employee relations issues associated with temporary personnel.
• Prepares, updates, and administers the new hire orientation presentation and process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Creates, updates, and maintains all local job descriptions to ensure accuracy.
• Provides HR support to all Owatonna employees, including but not limited to: responding to questions regarding policies, payroll, and benefits; resolving all issues with payroll and/or benefits; investigating and resolving day-to-day employee relations issues, including ensuring consistency of approach; manages certain communications with production employees, and provides coaching and feedback as appropriate to supervisors and managers.
• Ownership and administration of all local worker's compensation matters, including reporting, maintaining, monitoring and following-up on cases. Participate in quarterly claims reviews with insurer.
• Provides back up support to the Sr. HR Coordinator.
• Responsible to keep up to date on changes in regulations, laws, practices, and developments related to economic and labor trends, safety, working environment, employee relations, etc.
• Administers and ensures compliance with government requirements and the maintenance of accurate company and employee records.
• Assists in other Human Resources functions and activities as requested, and conducts special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED

Required:
• 2 - 5 years related HR experience including recruitment for hourly and/or entry-level roles.
• Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in business with a focus in Human Resources or a related field.
• Workday and Kronos experience.
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role would be a combination of shop floor and office environment. The noise level in the office is generally moderate. The noise level on the shop floor may be noisy and hearing protection will be required in some areas.

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for serving the needs and fulfilling the expectations of Life Fitness customers. The Sales Support Associate will be the main point of contact for the customer from the acceptance of an order through its successful delivery and installation. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience & Capabilities)
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years in customer service, order management, sales support or related function.

Our Senior Program Manager is... responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of major cardiovascular and/or strength development programs at Life Fitness. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Manager shall be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for the organization, management, performance, and completion of a major consumer, commercial, strength or cardiovascular program using a Product Development Process (PDP).
• Coordinates proposal preparation, establishes, and monitors master plans and schedules
• Prepares budget and schedules for new developments. Tracks program spending and product costs to plan
• Generates and maintains program schedules. Monitors actual vs. scheduled program progress
• Directs the Program Development Team, which may include Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and other functional areas
• Manages and directs all phases of a program from inception to completion. Monitors work in progress in support of programs

• Creates and presents design review packages to management
• Distributes well-defined and prioritized work
• Coordinates and implements cost reduction for redesign and procurement
• Coordinates resolution of service and manufacturing issues related to the design

• Resolves technical impacts of schedule changes against established plans and parameters to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods
• Identifies issues requiring resolution before they become a problem and recommends solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or equivalent experience in Program Management, Engineering, Management, or Science
• Minimum of six years in a product development environment

• 1-2 years of accounting experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and execution of the Connected Fitness Strategy in North America with cross functional coordination with Sales and Global Product Management. Working with the Commercial Learning and Development team and Product Management to design and deliver internal, cross departmental digital training programs. Working tirelessly to strengthen brand equity of our digital solutions. Management reporting of sales targets and success metrics to the regional management team. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 5-10 years’ experience in sales roles in the technology space (apps, mobile devices, APIs, ecosystems, etc.). Industry background on executing digital solutions as fitness manager of club manager / industry partner representative is a plus. Experience in sales roles that require close collaboration and feeding back market insights and customer requirements to HQ digital product teams. Possess a blend of commercial and technical understanding with a strategic mind. Project management experience desirable with proven leadership ability. Excellent interpersonal skills, commercially astute in order to appreciate and understand the value, contribution and complexity of initiating, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships for future business generation. Monday - Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am Overtime on Friday.

SUMMARY: Responsible for fabrication of machines per drawings and cut lists. Responsible for welding of machines in a quality manner to established quality standards.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Performs fabrication of machines per drawings and fixtures.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Meets established mechanical and visual regulation for welding quality.
• Maintains production goals per established schedule, regulations and labor standards.
• Maintains a working knowledge of power tools (grinder).
• Completes paperwork as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Ability to fabricate all pieces using fixtures in a high quality, efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read blueprints required. One (1) + years fabrication and welding experience. At least one (1) year MIG welding experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
