Your Role:
• Become a subject matter expert on the LoginRadius cIAM (customer identity and access management) solution.
• Work closely with customers during implementation to identify and resolve any technical issues they may encounter.
• Contribute to crucial LoginRadius products, developer initiatives, and tools.
• Work collaboratively across LoginRadius Customer Success, Support, Product and Engineering, Operations, and Customer Development teams.
• Use your technical expertise to improve our customer onboarding and implementation process. Help to build automation and resources that allow us to better service our customers with scalability and efficiency in mind.
• Understand and overcome unique challenges with persistence and flexibility.

What You Bring to the Table:
• 1-4 years of technical customer-facing experience with a modern web technology, API or SaaS based organization
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• A drive to find solutions to complex problems. At LoginRadius we strive to provide the best possible solutions to every issue we tackle.
• Experience using one of these technologies: JavaScript, or Node JS (additional experience in Web or Mobile technologies is an advantage)
• Working knowledge in SSO protocols is an advantage - SAML/OAuth/OIDC/JWT.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and efficient with a focus on scaling processes and systems via automation and repeatability.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent work experience)

About Role

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with CEO, Executive Leadership team and Board to create an Enterprise Sales, Marketing & Revenue Strategy (backed by all other functions)

• Undertake constant competitor analysis and develop a detailed knowledge of the markets’ actual needs.

Requirements
• Proven success exceeding revenue targets and retaining/growing customer relationships in a fast-paced, evolving environment at a B2B SaaS company
• Broad understanding of all go-to-market functions and how they maximize growth when working together
• Consistent and proven track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring highly successful teams; experience managing directors or managers of all other revenue-supporting teams
• Possess an analytical mindset that applies product insights and market data/feedback to create sophisticated GTM strategies and marketing propositions
• Confident and professional presentation skills; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set a clear vision and execute on a strategy as well as get into the details
• Minimum 7 years' experience in SaaS GTM, particularly in enterprise sales
