Your Role:
• Become a subject matter expert on the LoginRadius cIAM (customer identity and access management) solution.
• Work closely with customers during implementation to identify and resolve any technical issues they may encounter.

• Work collaboratively across LoginRadius Customer Success, Support, Product and Engineering, Operations, and Customer Development teams.

What You Bring to the Table:
• 1-4 years of technical customer-facing experience with a modern web technology, API or SaaS based organization
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Experience using one of these technologies: JavaScript, or Node JS (additional experience in Web or Mobile technologies is an advantage)

Qualifications

YOUR ROLE Collaborate with the CEO and the Executive Leadership team to create an Enterprise Sales & Revenue Strategy (backed by all other functions) Inspire, lead and enable teams responsible for all revenue generation & execution:
sales, marketing & channels Ensure a predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales process and execution towards results Collaborate with finance, and product management on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary. Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers. Lead the creation and maintenance of value proposition materials, such as product demonstration scripts, customer facing product presentations and content for marketing collateral. Devise product go-to-market process, plan time-lines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions Undertake constant competitor analysis and develop a detailed knowledge of the markets' actual needs WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Proven success exceeding expectations in hitting revenue targets and retaining and growing customer relationships, within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at a B2B SaaS company Broad understanding of all go-to-market functions and how they work together to maximize growth A consistent and proven track record of achievement of hiring, developing, and mentoring highly successful teams; proven experience managing directors or managers of all other revenue-supporting teams Possess an analytical mindset which applies product insights and market data & feedback to create sophisticated GTM strategies and marketing propositions. Exhibit confident and professional presentation skills; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. Ability to set a clear vision and execute on a strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to get into the details Minimum 7 years' experience in SaaS GTM University degree is required.
