As a Regional Partner Sales Manager, you would be working on:

Delivering Revenue --- You will work closely with Regional Partner Managers and Regional Partner Sales Managers to prospect, identify and close sales opportunities in Italy, whilst developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Sr. Customer Success Strategy and Operations Lead at GoTo

The Sr. Customer Success and Operations Lead is a highly visible position that plays a critical role in defining, driving, and operationalizing the strategic direction of the Customer Success org in partnership with the executive and leadership team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Care and Success Operations, this role will be responsible for leading or supporting a variety of strategic and administrative initiatives. The successful candidate will work within the Success Operations team and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to ensure operational soundness tied to all Success connected aspects of the business. More specifically, this role will focus on how Gainsight and other systems and tools can be leveraged to support or improve operational processes that drive value for customers across the lifecycle.

Your Day to Day
• Spending divided time, based on need, between supporting Gainsight system administration and Success Ops strategy in a variety of capacities.
• Assist with configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform (reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, etc.) within the context of business strategy and customizations.
• Assist with designing business rules that analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Success team to engage with customers.
• Assist with managing day-to-day support of Gainsight users, including fielding questions, ad-hoc customizations, design and implementation of core functionality, workflow adjustments, and user administration, security, and permissions.
• Program management for Customer Success variable compensation.
• Drive operational and strategic evolution of our Value Realization program.
• Assist with monitoring system performance, data integrity, and user activity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive Gainsight user adoption and business value by understanding the business application of the tool, as well as by maintaining expertise in Gainsight and other relevant software utilized within the business.
• Establishing relationships with key business partners and stakeholders within Care /Success and other functions of the business.
• Lead and/or support the review, grooming and prioritization process for Gainsight and Salesforce requests submitted by our internal customers within Customer Success.
• Manage multiple projects varying in size/scale from strategy through concepting and execution.
• Manage project communication and documentation, create RACI charts, project plans, resource plans, etc. as needed.

What We're Looking For
• Gainsight NXT Associate Admin Certificate - Level 1 or higher (or Gainsight experience with expectation of Level 1 Certification within first 90 days).
• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Success Operations role within the tech industry.
• Proven experience leading projects related to Gainsight or Customer Success.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
• Ability to generate buy-in across the business as needed per initiative needs/goals.
• Familiarity and understanding of basic Salesforce functionality and terminology.
