As a Regional Partner Sales Manager, you would be working on:
Delivering Revenue --- You will work closely with Regional Partner Managers and Regional Partner Sales Managers to prospect, identify and close sales opportunities in Italy, whilst developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Accounting and Finance at GoTo
The Accounting and Finance team is essential to our business. While the specific roles may vary, one thing is certain – you will be at the center of our organization and an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all our business activities. Your Day to Day:
As . Sr. Commissions Analyst would be working on:
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly sales commission calculation which includes working cross-functionally to gather reports, reviewing and analyzing data, & utilizing Xactly, our commission management tool
• Responsible for reviewing commission disputes
• Review employee and Partner commissions, to ensure accuracy regarding payment, quota attainment and any outside payouts to Global Sales Team
• Manually and accurately enter commission records, including deal bookings into Company’s commission systems
• Provide thorough and timely support to Sales, Sales Operations, HR and Finance regarding sales commissions.
• Communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism with both internal and external customers.
• Participate in Monthly Revenue close process assuring all commission transactions are processed timely and accurately and in accordance with Company’s policy
• Ability to work extended hours at the close of each quarter
• Create & Maintain journal entries, commission accruals and perform other accounting functions
• Assisting with ad-hoc project work & reporting relating to commissions
What We’re Looking For:
As Sr. Commissions Analyst your background will look like:
• 2-3 years of related experience in accounting, finance operations, or sales compensation administration.
• Prior experience in software/high tech industry is preferable
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, sciences, or other quantitative fields.
• Ability to work well with a variety of personalities towards a common goalCustomer service oriented with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with enterprise software companies and SaaS business models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and compensation software (e. g., Xactly, NetSuite, etc.) is a huge plus.
• Strong enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to learn.
