We are seeking candidates who are passionate about building outstanding digital experiences to work alongside engineers, UX designers, data scientists and cross... functional teams. You will be joining a product management function responsible for developing the next generation of data-driven capabilities for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
• Define the product vision based on wide ranging inputs from staff, stakeholders and clients
• Develop and maintain multi-year product strategy, roadmap and investment plan, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery
• Define business rules for data ingestion and management while maintaining high data integrity and accuracy
• Develop real-time bi-directional data exchange with external partners and improve user satisfaction through more effective data delivery across channels
• Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products. This includes deep understanding of the technical aspects and the underlying data used.
• Actively prioritize and manage the product backlog, dealing with complex and often competing priorities and stakeholders
• Represent the product in governance and cross functional forums such as steercos and working groups
• Support, develop and improve the product development process, including adoption of agile ways of working
• Inspire innovation and champion change across the bank

Preferred qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management roles
• Proven experience managing data-driven product(s) and releasing new products or features to the market
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Experience of driving the product development lifecycle, from concept and client needs definition through to execution and benefit realization
• A firm grasp of product management principles and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Client facing skills and interest in understanding client pain points and solving for them

What will you be doing?

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Working experience within Operations across front, middle or back office data
