• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and programs

Responsibilities
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and programs
• Monitoring compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as company policies and procedures
• Supporting recruitment initiatives and participating in recruiting and on-boarding efforts

• Assists in managing and maintaining the Employee Rewards Program
• Provides support to team members for benefits, workers compensation and leave of absence questions. Overall understanding and ability to track FMLA, STD and other leaves
• Prepares and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management
• Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment and have the ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Assist GM with Team Member activities that are fun, engaging and enjoyable for all to participate

Qualifications
• 3 years minimum of HR Specialist or Jr. HR Generalist experience; customer service/luxury retail background preferred

Introduces guests to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to guests the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations.
Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
Maintain professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individuals should possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in the automobile or technology industries, preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle leasing principles; basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages); equity values and depreciation; and laws that govern retail automotive sales.
Ability to coordinates activities with other employees (team player); read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; use good judgment in challenging situations; pay attention to detail; follow-up with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment.
