ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting/talent acquisition strategy to secure top talent for our team by partnering with managers to fully understand staffing needs, creating effective job postings, identifying, and engaging new online and local recruiting resources, regularly participating in networking events, etc.
• Implement and lead ongoing employment branding initiatives through social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter, company website etc.
• Establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations.
• Interview applicants, coordinate candidate interview logistics and provide hiring guidance to Hiring Managers.
• Become a subject matter expert to leverage the capabilities of our applicant tracking system.
• Lead new employee onboarding processes to include new employee orientation.
• Work with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce Leader to lead the LPGA Equity in Action Employee Resource Group.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related field strongly preferred.

• Must be familiar with a wide range of online recruiting resources and a fully functional Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Closely monitor channel performance, including analytics, traffic, engagement, ticket, and merchandise sales performance, providing recommendations to grow revenue results.
