• Provide expert consultation to ensure the implementation and long-term success for any non-standard and add-on solutions relating to the Lucidchart suite
• Assess, evaluate, and propose technical solutions according to client needs and constraints
• Define project scope and identify the critical path for all implementation projects, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress while identifying and mitigating risks
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for stakeholder meetings
• Coach, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Identify opportunities for additional consulting, training, or support as it aligns to client objectives and goals
• Complete and maintain pertinent internal documents and records to support internal business functions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the customer experience is satisfactory before, during, and after any and all projects related to the team
• Contribute to and assist in the maintenance of the library of internal and client-facing content for Lucidchart solution products and integrations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of consulting experience in an enterprise software (preferably SaaS) environment
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Ability to quickly master Lucidchart (and other technical products) and effectively present information and answer technically complex questions in terms that can be easily comprehended
• Excellent verbal, writing, grammatical, time management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail in following up on client requests, communicating with clients and co-workers, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work effectively, independently, and in a team-based environment
• Ability to operate in ambiguity of new client business problems and rapidly develop a plan and path forward with very little direction or oversight
• Willing to travel 30-40% of the time for customer onsite visits

Now with our recent move to a suite of products, we are looking to continue to grow and need the right Product Manager to help. In the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite we are looking to drive engagement in current products like Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale as well as some new and emerging products that we are preparing for release.
