The Senior E-mail Developer is the lead developer responsible for the team’s development, support, maintenance, and deployment of dynamically composed, personalized, electronic communications (email, SMS, and/or microsites) in partnership with a wide range of internal message sponsors, including marketing and product owners. This individual is responsible for working with partners to understand their objectives, consult on team and platform capabilities, develop their content primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensure the timely, flawless delivery of marketing, service and regulatory communications to WI customers.
• Design, develop and maintain dynamic email content
• Define email framework, digital content assets and reusable objects to build and deploy digital content
• Audit and perform quality assurance on electronic communications to ensure flawless delivery, including peer and team design reviews
• Support and monitor email communications in production, troubleshoot technical issues, and make modifications as necessary to ensure communication accuracy
• Contribute to and lead end-to-end content development process improvements, establish best practices, create and update documentation, and maintain content libraries
• Partner with other teams to introduce and operationalize new capabilities (e.g. Journey Builder, Content Builder, and SMS); Act as a champion of new capabilities within the team
• Test, optimize and debug email content for deliverability and rendering using Validity/ReturnPath tool
• Train and mentor junior associates, and act as a primary point-of-contact and subject matter expert for internal partners
• Set expectations and escalate issues around scope, schedule, change management and quality
• Stay in tune with the latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s)

• Ability to build and direct semantic, modular front-end code design that employs current best practices
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AmpScript, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation platforms

This team provides targeting, distribution, and support services for over 70% of the communications generated by WI, including annual volumes approaching 600 million emails, 40 million direct mail pieces, and 1 million leads for outbound calls. We collaborate with internal message sponsors and delivery teams to ensure efficient, accurate, timely delivery of marketing, service, and regulatory communications that drive high-quality customer experiences across multiple WI product lines.

The compensation for this position ranges from $250,500.00 - $417,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
SC Logic Software
+ Develop spreadsheets, gather appropriate information, query databases and update records when necessary.
+ Provide general office management and clerical assistance with copying, printing documents, filing, and maintaining records (including files of a sensitive nature including application and personnel files).
+ Creates and organizes mail folders for student customers
+ Assigns PMB numbers to students, departments, faculty, and staff
+ Looks up packages by tracking number via telephone for students, parents, faculty, staff, USPS, and others
+ Maintains records of mailboxes, past and present.
+ Performs billing for mailbox charges each semester
+ Maintains mail forwarding for the SC Logic system
+ Maintains a database of department contacts for mailboxes
Departmental Ordering of Supplies
+ Orders supplies for metering machines, address labels, general office supplies, kitchen/restroom supplies, gloves, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and other supplies as needed.
Daily Duties
+ Answers phones, takes messages
+ Assist customers with tracking packages
+ Updates mail and package forwarding information
+ Provides support in additional areas: post office window, metering, receiving packages, package window, TZ system, or other jobs as needed
+ Journal entries for credit cards, checks, cash, commodore card, mail charges
+ Creates blanket PO’s, demand checks, billing, department time keeping, HR attendance records

Qualifications
+ High School diploma is required.
+ 3 years of administrative customer service experience is required.
+ One year of experience working in a post office environment is preferred.
+ Proven customer service experience is necessary.
+ Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task is necessary.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
+ Proven ability to work independently and in teams is necessary.
+ Experience with Microsoft office suite is necessary.
+ Must be able to compute postage charges, shipping rates, and charges for other mail room services.
