• Partner with the Ecommerce team to ensure alignment between the paid and organic teams.
• Assist with gift mailings, influencer outreach and UGC coverage
• Contribute ideas for seasonal activations and marketing support
• Assist with social media inputs for business reports, budget documents, and executive presentations
• Create recaps following events, product launches, gifting initiatives and key activations
• Assist CMO with select administrative tasks including calendar management, document preparation, and expenses/accounting.

As part of a quickly growing team, the Graphic Designer helps to develop and design training programs for retail employees. They are responsible for assisting in the ideation and creation of all in-store training tools as they relate to product, selling and personal development, globally. An ability to work efficiently with collaborators and execute projects based on strategic direction is key.

They have a keen eye for design and are familiar with current design trends and best practices for both digital and print. They’re passionate about the fashion space and understand the selling experience. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in developing and executing design concepts for all internal training programs through visual storytelling and creative solutions
• Participate in building a digital suite of training
• Assist in the coordination of logistics and resources for new digital platforms/projects
• Seek new methods and find creative solutions for innovative programs to improve the in-store learning and training process and overall customer experience
• Conduct market/competitive research and industry trends in graphic and digital design
• Other administrative/coordination duties as assigned
• Honor Marc Jacobs brand standards, while bringing fresh ideas and a new approach

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in design, retail a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe CC
• High level of InDesign skills required
• Basic Premiere Pro/After Effects video editing skills a plus
• Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms/Learning Management Systems a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Agile, with the ability to multi-task and manage time well
• High degree of integrity

SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER:

The compensation for this position ranges from $27 - $32 (hourly). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
