About the Role

The Influencer Marketing Associate for LG H&H US is a critical part of the digital marketing team, which is at the center of growth plan for our brands. This person will create and execute the influencer marketing plan with an internal team and agency to identify influencers and creators fit for our brand portfolio, nurture the relationship with target influencers, and ultimately create organic buzz for our brands.

We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with growing awareness of brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities:
• Develop day-to-day plan to execute influencer marketing strategy, inclusive of campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting that will drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands.
• Manage the relationships with a pool of influencers and creators fit for each brand, within set-budget and effectively.
• Build day-to-day plan to execute paid influencer marketing strategy, in the context of overall social marketing.
• Write briefs and execute contracts for paid influencers.
• Manage logistics and invoicing for influencer marketing.
• Report on key metrics associated with influencer/creator marketing, including weekly/monthly reviews and insight-based planning sessions.
• Immerse in our key brands and develop an effective creative brief for influencers/creators, aligned with brand narrative priorities.
• Collaborate closely with owned social team, PR, paid marketing, and brand teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging trends and capabilities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in organic social and influencer marketing.
• In-house or agency experience in running influencer marketing is strongly preferred.
• Beauty, fashion, lifestyle and/or health & wellness experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Tribe, Dash Hudson preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of category brand strategy across all channels to build strong brands and categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface with outside vendors to manage, receive, track and classify vendor information, sample submissions, fact sheets, costs and quantities.
• Help to drive NPD process across teams, internal and external.
• Help guide decision making regarding the content and production of all channels.
• Close partnership with relevant cross-functional teams, to build but not limited to brand awareness, sales, profitability, stock levels, etc. by leading and gaining alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; with 3-7 years of progressive and successful experience in product development or marketing
• Experience marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line) is required.
• Experience working in a matrix environment and cross functional teams is required.
• Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of trends and how they relate to our customers.
• Experience in successful partnership with R&D / Supply Chain / Sales organizations to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant storytelling

Your role within the team

Reporting to the Associate Director of Consumer and Marketing Insights the Category Manager will contribute to providing the senior leadership team with appropriate information and analytical tools for establishing goals and measuring performance. Description:

The Senior Director Corporate Marketing is responsible for driving market analysis for ASM business segments in the semiconductor equipment industry and executing marketing communication programs and messaging for ASM products, technologies and in support of investor relations. With significant hands-on effort, lead a small team to deliver on the following,
• Develop marketing communications for ASM executive team in support of quarterly earnings, annual investor meetings and investor reporting.
• Support ASM product lines and corporate communications group with technical marketing communication content and messages for trade shows, press releases, website, product launches etc.
• Lead ASM strategy and execution for participation at industry trade shows and technical conferences.
• Understand and communicate semiconductor industry technology trends, new application inflections, alternatives and their adoption expectation.
• Support corporate level competitive analysis by monitoring and reporting on market, customer, competitor and industry news and developments.
• Market analysis – contribute to the development of semiconductor and wafer fab equipment market sizing forecasts and segmentations, using internal and external data sources. Primary interface for ASM engagement with 3rd party market research companies such as TechInsights, Gartner, SEMI.
• Focal point for competitive market share analysis using internal and external data.
• Product Marketing center of excellence – Contribute to best practices development and propagation through the organization for product development and marketing.

Education:

Minimum of technical undergraduate degree - Masters or PhD preferred (Physics, Materials Science, EE, ChE)

MBA additional preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 10-15 years in the Semiconductor Industry (either Semiconductor Capital Equipment or Wafer Processing) in process engineering and technical product marketing positions.
• Experience leading cross functional team
• Demonstrated leadership and expertise in market analysis, product development, product marketing, business development and sales best practices.
• Experience with global customer activities, particularly in Asia.
• Knowledge of advanced transistor, capacitor and interconnect technologies, including equipment and deposition technologies.
