Job Description Workforce Logiq by PRO Unlimited is hiring a Recruiter on the Direct Sourcing team who will work in a high-volume requisition environment across multiple industries and recruit for a variety of functional and technical disciplines. The ideal candidate is experienced in agency staffing recruitment and is knowledgeable across a spectrum of financial, clerical, marketing and... technical positions. Success is determined by being process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take on the daily challenges of the role. The candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot with agility and a positive attitude. This is a high-volume requisition environment focused on / positions across multiple industries. Requisition level will remain constant between 20-30 requisitions at any given time, with a goal of starting at minimum 4 hires per month. Responsibilities Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process supporting client needs in delivery of / related positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the assignment requirements to be filled. Lead intake calls and be the subject matter expert in qualifying requirements. Consult on market trends, hourly rates for labor and advise on hiring strategies. Review intake specifications to ensure recruitment efforts and strategies are aligned. Develop, analyze job specifications, compose job descriptions and postings. Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, postings and searching, referrals, networking and talent communities. Facilitate the hiring of targeted professionals based on agreed-upon hiring goals. Build relationships with business partners to assess needs and provide solutions. Based on client needs, work closely with and client stakeholders to present shortlisted candidates. Meet with program team members frequently to review current submissions and interviews. Ensure continuous and proactive talent pipeline utilizing all available methods, search engine optimization, social networks, blogs, alumni boards, employee referrals and web/boolean searches. Attend weekly supplier call and review supplier scorecard to ensure performance metrics are in line with client expectations. Conduct weekly calls with program team and the client's hiring manager for continued alignment, prioritize requisitions, review action items. Foster strong client relationships with professional communication skills, market insight and business acumen. Build extensive candidate talent pipelines according to anticipated client requirements and effectively maintain relationships. Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and complete market research to understand where diverse talent pools exist and work. Leverage multiple channels and social media technology in diversity recruitment campaigns. Qualifications o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 5
