We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Manager Technical to join our dynamic team. As a Lead PMT, you will be responsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.

ROLE

• Own multiple products vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for iterative releases
• Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required.
• Makes use of research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product.

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of technology solutions and services to drive consumer engagement. As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the senior analyst will be accountable for supporting the day to day management of external vendors that are critical to our benefits solutions. This important position will track key performance indicators from service providers, track and analyze performance metrics and SLAs, manage the budget and expenses for the Cardholder Services team and coordinate billing between regional and global stakeholders.
