Marketing Services

As an Associate Product Specialist, you will:

Maintain centralized product governance and program franchise model for pricing, marketing, cardholder communications and analytics and operations.

Manage new and existing consumer communication and awareness channels via B2B, B2B2C and B2C channels

Provide competitive landscape, trends, consumer insights, research and end-to-end program analytics

Keep track and provide guidance on laws, regulations that impact the product globally

Collect and work with data including standardizing, summarizing, offering initial observations and highlighting inconsistencies

Work with various product lines, technologies, and industries

Manager, Product Management

The Manager, Product Management role in the Data & Services department will own and manage portions of Mastercard’s Marketing Services product suite designed for Financial Institutions, stemming from cutting across new customer acquisitions, Portfolio to Spend Optimization and Customer Enhancement Services. Role
Lead legal support of Mastercards Global Insurance business and the D&S New Product Development group across 5 regions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced insurance attorney to partner with our business teams on a global scale to help our customers deliver unique and attractive payment card programs to consumers along with innovative technology capabilities, and to assist and enable the D&S New Product Development group in its product roll outs and strategy.
Manage the legal needs arising from Mastercards sponsorship of insurance benefits around the world, including Mastercards customer and vendor insurance business relationships and insurance regulatory compliance.
Manage legal aspects of Mastercards insurance products and delivery models, including new technologies.
Structure and draft agreements (including vendor and customer insurance agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements, proof of concept and pilot agreements) in an agile and minimally viable product environment.
Advise on legal, regulatory, reputational, and liability matters on insurance regulatory questions, and new and existing products under an agile product development environment.

• The D&S Insights and Enablement team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Data & Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team is charged with managing and adapting the policies, processes and platforms used across Data & Services.

• CPQ Senior Analyst will support strategic and tactical platform projects to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements related to Configured Pricing across subscriptions, services, and other pricing schemas for our robust suite of product offerings. This resource will ensure proper governance of the Mastercard product catalog for D&S products along with all associated and downstream relationships to marketing, sales, quote/contracts, Order Management and financials. We also are in the process of implementing Salesforce.com’s CPQ solution along with PSQuote for Service Pricing. This resource will be driving improvement efforts and owning vendor relationships to ensure we are getting the most out of the solutions we have available.

Role
• Drive the roadmap and improvement efforts of Salesforce.com CPQ and other product and pricing systems used by Data and Services.
• Partner with our product and pricing organization to ensure best in class governance, process, and pricing are being used within our systems and platforms.
• Collect business requirements, write technical stories and work with technology team and developers to test, validate and implement.
• Provide training and change management for the CPQ, PSQuote, and Product Catalog user base
• Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns and escalated requests
• Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits
• Support platform maintenance and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap for integrations and system improvements

• BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education
• Experience implementing and managing a CPQ solution
