The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is searching for an Executive Assistant to the Dean.

Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant (EA) works closely with the Dean on virtually every aspect of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS). In particular, the EA serves as confidential assistant maintaining CLAS records managing confidential personnel and credential files, preparing information for distribution to faculty members and students, and managing the dean's calendar. All of these tasks are done independently. Under the dean's direct supervision, the EA manages CLAS's budget and purchases in WorkDay on a daily basis and prepares faculty contracts. The EA assists in budget preparation and distributes funds to faculty members and departments. The EA also independently organizes college-wide meetings and social events on the dean's behalf (much of this is done beyond the realms of the normal work day).

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and one year of prior administrative support experience is required. The Director of Video Broadcast will lead the day-to-day video operations and broadcasting content for the Mercer Athletics Department.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Telecommunications, Sport Management, Marketing, or a related field and one year of sports video production, videography, and editing experience including in-game/in-event setup and operation are required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Responsibilities:

The Mercer University School of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Infectious Disease faculty for clinical practice at Mercer Medicine. The Department offers participation in Grand Rounds, committee work and community service opportunities. Clinical practice and pre-clinical training is through Mercer Medicine. The mission of the school is to train physicians and other healthcare professionals in primary care and service to rural and underserved populations in Georgia.

This position is expected to maintain a financially viable clinical practice at Mercer Medicine. This position will also be responsible for supervising and teaching students and residents in clinical training and provide clinical oversight on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

This is a 12-month, non-tenure track faculty position and will report to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Mercer Medicine on a clinical basis and to the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine on an academic basis.

The department faculty is small enough to have a positive, supportive and collegial atmosphere. The department faculty consists of clinical Internal Medicine physicians and sub-specialists. The department also interfaces and collaborates with the other basic science and clinical departments, including Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, and Community Medicine.

Job Details:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the recruitment strategy for incoming transfer students. The incumbent will articulate the mission and values of the university to prospective students, families, and guidance counselors. The Assistant Director will maintain policies for incoming transfer, transient, non-degree, and post-baccalaureate students within the residential undergraduate program. • Managing and directing entire recruitment process for incoming transfer student recruitment from formulation of strategic plan to execution of it
• Attendance at college fairs, community college visits, conducting admissions and financial aid presentations, and representing Enrollment Management to leaders and stakeholders across the University and in the community
• Communicating with prospective students via in person interactions, phone, text messaging, and email communication with varying strategies for particular audiences throughout the entire life cycle from application to enrollment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• One year of prior professional experience in admissions/enrollment management or closely related area

Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the university's carrier as this position does require travel.
