Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental practices, cGMPs and SOPs in the work area.

Business Expertise:
• Perform a thorough real-time review of batch records and related GMP documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner and implementing corrective actions to improve the batch record execution/review process.
• Foster a collaborative relationship with manufacturing floor personnel focused on high quality investigations, meaningful corrective actions and reducing the deviation generation rate.
• Determines/implements appropriate and effective corrective and/or preventative actions (CAPAs) to prevent reoccurrence of deviations and ensure they improve the Right First Time metrics.
• Identify and escalate deviations from standard production.

Problem Solving:
• Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Quality and EMU(Engineering Maintenance & Utilities partners to escalate and identify problems with significant operational impact.

Decision Making:
• Makes decisions that are guided by site policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with supporting departments such as Quality, Tech Ops and Maintenance to solve problems in an efficient and compliant manner.
• Consults with manager on more complex decisions and issues that impact other departments.

Project Management:

• Ensures timely and accurate reconciliation of alarms, eLogs, and filter integrity test logs.

Resource Management:
• Aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work.

Education Minimum Requirement:
• High School Diploma required and must have a Bachelor’s Degree prior to start date.

Required Experience and Skills:
• Demonstrates strong leadership capability, problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Position Description:

Job Summary:
• Understand and comply with Company's procedures with regards to heath, safety and environment
• Run a laser, laser/ink jet or E.I.D. marking station to mark Livestock identification tags as per SOP
• Train new employees in a buddy system training operation to perform tasks at all levels below the level for which the laser operator has been qualified.
• Accomplish the marking of Livestock identification tags which meet engineering and customer requirements.
• Watch for and take prompt action, including shutting down the work- station temporarily, when operational malfunctions are seen which could jeopardize the quality of the tags being produced. When the work- station is shut down, prompt action will be taken to secure help in correcting the malfunction and getting the work- station back up and running in as short a time as possible.
• Be able to maintain a required and acceptable daily output as determined by the job and machine worked on.

Candidate prerequisite:
• Experience in operating a computer, including an ability to operate a mouse, pull a file and demonstrate ability to learn new basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in basic math skills such as able to count, handle numbers, add and subtract.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

MCAAS Innovation FLDP participants will be placed within the MCAAS Innovation team. Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Experience with pricing, contracting and reimbursement in US, including knowledge of rules and regulations, contract management and execution, contract performance evaluation
• Understanding of key US customers (payer, channel, provider), especially the financial considerations and business models that drug assessment and coverage decisions. Well-versed in underlying trends in healthcare reimbursement, payment, and coverage in the US
• Works well with customers and customer facing teams with a mindset of improving our overall account management approach in these areas
• Experience across both medical benefit and pharmaceutical benefit models for drug coverage and reimbursement
