Your Responsibilities
• Quote multiple lines of insurance with multiple carriers in all states.
• Respond timely and follow-up to customer inquiries in an effort to finalize the sale.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by building rapport, gathering information, and create a positive high-level customer experience in a fast-paced structured environment.
• Offer and educate customers regarding insurance needs and provide estimates to the customer. Complete insurance applications and bind coverage.
• Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate knowledge on carrier guidelines.
• Remain current on product offerings and company procedures.

As a Sr. MLOps Engineer, you'll be a member of a team dedicated to productionizing machine learning models and systems, including the implementation of data science pipeline orchestration and automation. Essential Job Functions
• The team member will work with different business department to include UW, Claims, Marketing and Advertising with understanding of the business processes and business needs in these areas. Education

Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in data mining and data/statistical analysis.
• At least 5 years experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS) required.
• At least 5 years experience working as a data scientist or similar role, with proven track record in data processing, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
• At least 1 year experience in P&C insurance
• At least 1 year experience leading projects in group settings and mentoring peers/interns
