Your Responsibilities

• Offer and educate customers regarding insurance needs and provide estimates to the customer. Complete insurance applications and bind coverage.
• Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate knowledge on carrier guidelines.
• Remain current on product offerings and company procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to correspond with upper management, internal and external customers; Strong influencing/persuasion skills gain support and commitment internally and externally
• Knowledge of MS Office and statistical software
