Core Responsibilities:
• Oversees all day-to-day operations regarding student organizations and club sports and provides supervision to team of Student Organization Coordinators.
• Supports student org registration and re-registration processes and manages compliance to remain in good standing and mitigate rise.
• Educates student leaders about College policy, including but not limited to event planning requirements, hazing and non-discrimination infractions, and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain and update student engagement platform
• Provides oversight and supports all aspects of the College’s club sports program
• Ensures existing club sports teams comply with all relevant College policies and takes group and/or individual corrective or disciplinary action as necessary should policies not be followed
• Approves all club sports competition and travel schedules and on-campus tournaments
• Develops training and provide support for club sports advisors and coaches
Position Prerequisites:
Bachelors required, Masters preferred
•3-5 years experience working with student organizations or club sports (graduate assistantship experience applicable)
•Demonstrated ability to work with and support a diverse student body with a focus on equity and inclusion
• Ability to function successfully as part of a team with overlapping and disparate responsibilities
• Experience with budget tracking, assessment, and policy review
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

A strong candidate for the position will have a broad-based knowledge of Islamic religion, history, and cultures; post-baccalaureate training in pastoral care, Muslim chaplaincy, and multi-faith relations is desirable. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree or other graduate study is preferred. Academic preparation may be in any relevant discipline. Experience in interfaith or higher education settings is preferred. Desired traits include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form, as well as comfort in working and interacting with student life colleagues, other administrators and faculty with a commitment to the intellectual and cultural life of a highly selective, private, liberal arts community. Seeking a systems thinker to shape library collections that support
current curricular and research needs within budget available for
purchasing, licensing, subscriptions, and services.
This is considered a full-time salaried benefits eligible position.
The hiring range, as determined by an assessment of career
progression, for the position is $67,800- $84,700 per year.
Core Responsibilities:
• Select and coordinate others' selection of materials to build a
strong, balanced library collection focused on supporting
curricular and research use.
• Monitor and assess performance of licensed, subscribed, and other
ongoing resources for continued effectiveness and relevance to
patron needs.
• Coordinate assessment of new resources with the potential to
augment the library's support of instruction and research.
• Lead collection-assessment activity as needed with liaisons,
librarians, and other library staff.
• Negotiate, review, and monitor license agreements with vendors,
and review and approve payments for materials.
• Plan, monitor, analyze, and regularly report on the status of the
library materials budgets.

Requirements
Position Prerequisites:
• MLS, MLIS, or equivalent foreign degree.

• Experience with reporting and analyzing usage data.
• Knowledge of collection development and acquisitions procedures
