24. Supervise and implement GIS/GPS data integration and management, visualization, spatial modeling and analysis and high-end cartography for School Plant Services (SPS) and the district
25. Attend assigned construction meeting and assist in submittal reviews, project status and check-in closeout documents and related documents. Provide supervision and construction management services for the completion of all assigned construction projects.
26. Use GIS and related hardware to gather, build and manage datasets, analyze graphic relationships, discover new information, and produce publication-quality maps for district wide use and studies
27. Digitize architectural, engineering-mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) project drawings and data into the district/SPS electronic database system, including the update of all district building plans and facility information for district wide use
28. Gather architectural/MEP information from all campuses to develop GIS datasets for district security projects
29. Coordinate with the City of Midland for file development and file sharing with MPD and MISD police departments for campus security
30. Perform all other duties as directed by Chief of Administrative Services.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education/Certification:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Auto CAD
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
Special Knowledge/Skills:
1. Ability and expertise in design and development of construction documents with the use of AutoCAD architectural software)
2. Extensive experience in reading and understanding of construction documents for both architectural and MEP disciplines; Ability to read, and understand codes set forth by the Texas Department of License and Regulation (TDLR) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
3. Experience with GIS/GPS ArchInfo, ArchEditor and ArchView products for district data integration and management etc.
