ABOUT THE ROLE

The AVP, E-commerce is responsible for creating and implementing a conversion-focused ecommerce strategy that delivers on business objectives for MintMobile.com. This role has direct accountability for the performance of the purchase funnel on MintMobile.com, including optimization program (A/B tests) and launching sitewide promotions in a way that will maximize sales and performance.

This role works closely with counterparts in Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Engineering, and Product Management.

Leads and manages the Digital Experience & Optimization team, which is responsible for digital customer experience and conversion rate optimization

• Oversees the development and communication of the MintMobile.com ecommerce funnel, ensuring that we have an eye on the future and are pushing the envelope to create innovative, high-performing digital sales experiences.
• Manage and maintain a strategic Conversion Rate Optimization Roadmap that is focused on delivering highest-priority improvements at any given time during the year.

• Collaborates with other Ecommerce team leads to prioritize engineering work.
• Build relationships with key partners in DTC, Marketing, Engineering and Product groups.
• Keep key stakeholders informed of roadmap plans and update plans as business priorities change.
• Ensures an excellent digital customer experience through customer-centric design, content, navigation, architecture, branding, performance and functionality.
• Ensures engineering resources are focused on the highest opportunity projects.
• Oversees the Digital Experience Team to efficiently execute new products, promotions and conversion rate optimization tests.

• 7-10 years’ experience managing digital experiences to drive business results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Manager, Digital Experiences drives key business objectives and growth, managing the customer experience across our web-based account management and mobile app. Serving as a steward of the brand, the Brand Manager will create and own detailed brand strategy and creative assessments/requests for product launches, optimizations and marketing campaigns with a mobile-first, customer-first mindset. Customer Logged in Experiences
• Develops, executes and assists in creation and deployment of integrated marketing plans of app and account management for current subscribers.
• Coordinates campaigns and product launches that support and are consistent with marketing and brand objectives.
• Utilize customer-first best practices to build and enhance account management and mobile app experiences for growth in engagement.
• Strong knowledge of app and account management best practices.

Planning and Execution
• Creates strategic creative briefs, collects and synthesizes feedback and works with our in-house creative agency to oversee the successful delivery of all assets for app and account management.
• Collaborates with development and product teams to identify key opportunities and ensure efficient and correct implementation of creative requests.
• Showcases initiatives and deliverables with senior leadership and marketing teams.
• Plans and manages logged in experiences roadmaps, projects and share progress with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assists lifecycle team with SOS communications and marketing programs across SMS, email, in-app and push notifications as needed.

Brand Management
• Leads day-to-day management of brand activities for logged in experiences, working with the SVP, AVP and Director of Brand finding new opportunities to build brand affinity and unearthing new opportunities for growth.
• Champions business and lifecycle efforts to cross-functional teams to ensure communication updates and enhancements are always top of mind.
• Proactively monitors best-in-class brands, industry trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and spearheads the brand-appropriate iteration of that great idea.
• Promotes a successful attitude and confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results. May serve as a proxy for the Director, AVP or SVP of Brand in key meetings.

Measurement & Optimization
• Tracks and analyzes key brand KPIs as it relates to logged in experiences.
• Sets goals and stretch goals to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction are always being improved.
• Shares actionable insights to align programs to subscriber forecasts and ensure implementation of key programs.
• Communicate product and program performance.
• Partners with marketing, product, support and development teams to identify new areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in digital experiences with a focus on mobile app and/or web-based account management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of brand, marketing and user experience fundamentals.
• Must have at least 1+ years experience working with development and product teams to collaborate on the overall customer experience.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Proven track record of measuring, reporting and creating actionable insights on program KPIs to measure performance vs expectations for all programs.
• Relentlessly curious with an ability to think creatively with an action-biased approach.
• Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.

• Command of atomic design principles and DSM.
• Expertise in innovative design trends, technologies and techniques and user-centered design.
• Ability to deliver on both small and large-scale in a complex business setting.
