About the role
As Miro continues to evolve, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. In this role, you will use a structured and data-driven method to identify, analyze, and optimize Miro's spending patterns to ensure cost savings, better value, and increased vendor accountability. As the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with Miro's overall goals and objectives.
What you’ll do
• Strategically partner with leaders across Miro to identify business needs, manage complex software and services purchases, renewals, and other negotiations and collaborate with vendors to ensure those needs are met
• Perform market and data analysis to identify key spend areas of improvement and develop category management programs
• Lead a results-focused global team of procurement professionals in support of professional development, strategy and execution of Miro's business vision
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, Business Technology, to ensure procurement decisions support the company's mission
• Drive awareness and comprehension of procurement processes and policies through internal training and communication

• 8+ years of procurement experience

What you’ll need

Joining the team as a Senior Compensation Analyst means you will work closely with the Senior Manager Total Rewards to help drive compensation best practices at Miro. In addition, you will be a strategic partner to the People Business Partners/People Managers across the company, and collaborate with our global Finance and Operations teams. As Miro scales to 2,000 employees and beyond in the next year, we need an experienced Compensation Analyst within the Total Rewards team to ensure all compensation programs are efficient, world-class, and enabling our continued hyper growth. As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will analyze our best practices while guiding us towards true excellence in reward management and equity programs. We have a strong, growing, and diverse multinational team with a wide scope of practices and experiences from different markets and continents. What you’ll do
• Run the biannual compensation cycle including systems, manager training, and business support
• Support the business in compensation needs and requests including job architecture changes, hires, promotions, retention concerns, etc.
• Analyze market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure market competitiveness to support overall compensation strategy
• Partner with the People Technology team for the Workday implementation in providing necessary data and process information
• Develop processes, procedures, and documentation for collaborating with the business and People team partners
• Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company’s competitive position
• Develop compensation reports and tools to inform compensation program decisions
• Provide subject-matter expertise on topics related to compensation
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support total rewards projects
What you'll need
• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in compensation analysis at a global private or public high tech company
• Experience with process ownership and bringing to completion with little oversight
• Experience with Radford, Pave, Workday, and other benchmarking surveys, systems, and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to translate quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences
• Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets and proven ability to build and maintain insightful models and reports
• Ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic working environment with changing work priorities

You will partner closely with the CRO, CMO, Head of Sales, Head of CX, Finance, and other GTM leaders as a valued business partner in driving cross-functional planning, building out new routes to market and growth strategies, and guiding the GTM functions to execute flawlessly. You will help drive forward top strategic company and GTM initiatives, and you will play an active role in defining strategic investments that favor the long term and set up Miro for continued success. You will create a center of excellence around strategy definition, buildout, and flawless project execution. What you’ll do
• Partner and guide the CRO, CMO, and rest of GTM leadership team in driving top strategic growth initiatives
• Drive annual and multi-year planning with GTM leaders and Finance, owning the planning cycle and coordinating with GTM Operations teams
• Lead strategy formulation and plans for strategic initiatives, including problem assessment, determining scope, building project plans, timing, owners, and roles and responsibilities, along with performance metrics to assess progress and success

• Developing and tracking metrics, KPIs, and leading and lagging indicators for success across the entire GTM

What you'll need
• 12+ years in strategy consulting, strategic finance, Revenue Operations or comparable experience, preferably in high executing B2B Saas organization

• Experience working in hyper-growth startup environment, preferable with experience in private, public, and IPO
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales environment and GTM functions, as well as company and GTM financial metrics
