• Review invoice coding in accordance with the Company's chart of accounts, and ensure proper approval for vendor invoices and inter-company charges.
• Review accuracy of affiliate revenue reports for the monthly close process.
• Prepare the monthly Company credit card reconciliations, working closely with various departments regarding specific transactions, receipts and coding.
• Assist with the financial statement audit.
• Support of the cash reconciliation process, including month end bank reconciliations, daily cash disbursements and bank balances.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports including Cash Flow and Fixed Asset roll-forward.
• Maintain employee account information in Concur.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization, with emphasis on collaborative problem-solving that balances regulatory requirements with business opportunity.
• Provide backup support as needed to other areas of the department (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, other).

Skills & Experience: It is expected that the Staff Accountant will maintain and increase knowledge in the accounting and finance discipline as well as the business on an ongoing basis.
• Must have minimum of 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, CPA preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate financial records, identify discrepancies, and take timely corrective actions.
