• Deburrs, inspects, assembles and leak tests various parts while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Inspects parts to specifications and identifies any non-conformances

Job Description Summary
Perform assigned duties at various locations in the Capital District as needed during the summer under close direction of the experienced supervisor/manager. Duties include, but not limited to:
• Manual labor
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Other duties as assigned per the supervisor

Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• Drug screen required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure production line is operating to meet quality and quantity standards
• Provide training to production crew and maintain performance tracking
• Communicate with employees regarding daily work assignments and goals
• Prepare reports and hold weekly production meetings
• Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are being followed

Qualifications:
• Prior production, packaging or manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to promote a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrate a flexible attitude to help where needed
