KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage the cooperative marketing budget with recommendations for increases/decreases. Maintain National Account agreements and agency marketing agreements through the analysis of budgets, revenue, cost of sale, commissions, trend reporting and consortia/account database and affiliations

Work effectively to execute marketing plans ensuring deadlines are met

Communicate and liaise with Trade Marketing, Events team, and other relevant departments for support of overall account base, marketing programs and events.

Ensure brand messaging guidelines are followed across account portfolio (print, digital, websites, intranet sites, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with assigned account portfolio to ensure marketing strategies and support needs are implemented/executed.

Dedicated focus on agent engagement via webinars, events, seminars while targeting top producers and non-producers to grow number of engaged advisors.

Assist advisors with sales support focused on growing their business with MSC.

Process and confirm payment of invoices for approved Cooperative Marketing programs within the quarter they were executed.

Assist with secondary phone field initiatives to maintain and update database.

Work closely with Sales leadership to provide guidance and support to the field sales team to ensure national account programs and agency agent engagement plans are executed at the field level.

Communicate externally with all National & top accounts weekly promotions/offers and internally to field sales team all new offers and initiatives.

Responsible for 30% of travel, attending local, regional, and national conferences, trade shows, ship inspections, Sales meetings, company events, Seminars at Sea and to assist with sales call visits.

Support and assist Director of Strategic accounts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent English, oral and written skills. Any additional language is considered an advantage.

Bachelor's Degree, equivalent education, or 3-5 years sales experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with little to no guidance.

Solid written and verbal communication skills a must. Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization is essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills, strength in communicating in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Excellent relationship building skills.

Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
