This position ensures a well-maintained, well-run, welcoming physical environment, oversees the physical facility and all operational aspects thereof (e.g., welcome desk, office/classroom/courtroom/parking equipment, furnishings, supplies, access), and acts as the Law School's liaison with various university departments, outside vendors, and contractors to address regular service and facility-related concerns. Ensures proper security measures within the facility and responds to emergency situations. The individual creates and maintains budgetary records for facility projects, including short-term and long-term facility plans. • Update and maintain our database, MU Engage, make sure all information is correct and up to date.
• Assist students and student staff in utilizing MU Engage for record keeping and the sign-up process.
• Handle the registration of students to sites and to reflection sessions.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, typically held on Friday afternoons.
• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Provide coverage for the office suite if Directors are unavailable to be able to assist any drop-in guests.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
