The Marketing Programs Manager will assist with planning, organizing, and managing Civic Plus industry trade shows & webinars. This role is responsible for vendor management, event logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events and webinars run smoothly.

Through assisting with webinars and events, this role has a crucial impact on the marketing team achieving their goals. We're excited to hire a new Marketing Program Manager who can:
• Plan and execute various external marketing events, including industry trade shows, conference sponsorships and virtual events
• Execute and manage high-quality digital webinars that align with the marketing objectives and strategies
• Manage the webinar platform and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for attendees.

You will coordinate & participate in technical and speaker rehearsals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event & webinar planning and execution
• Manage event logistics, such as vendor management, budget management, and event timelines
• Schedule and lead preplanning event strategy presentations and meetings, timelines, and attendee lists with marketing and conference stakeholders
• Maintain accurate event documentation and records
• Continuously evaluate and report on the effectiveness of events, and make recommendations for improvements
• Ability to travel by auto or commercial transportation up to 15% There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or 5+ years of equivalent working experience.
• 3+ years of experience in event management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Power Point
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom or Go To Webinar
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
