POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving a wide range of technical problems. Provide high-level technical expertise and a variety of Level 1 and Level 2 technical help desk support to users for network/application-based server accounts, local and wide area networks, routers, switches, Internet and Intranet connections, terminal and client servers, software, and desktop/laptop computer hardware troubleshooting. The incumbent may visits customer to correct software and hardware problems.
