Thank you! • Manage Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act consultation process for NDOT projects, and city/county projects that receive federal funds through FHWA.

• Coordinate with consultants performing similar work for federally funded city/county projects. Provide report review and approval.
• Responsible for making FHWA federal-aid determinations of NRHP eligibility and project effects determinations and compiling and creating documentation for consultation with FHWA, Nebraska State Historic Preservation Office, tribal nations and other consulting parties as required by Section 106 regulations. Respond to agency, tribal and public comments.
• Develop process procedure guidance documents as required for compliance with state and federal funded programs. Develop, lead and/or participate in cultural resource training efforts for NDOT staff, consultants, and city/county Responsible Charge (RC).
• Review and comment on documents prepared by others.
• Represent NDOT at project management meetings, public information meetings and hearings, city/county meetings, LPA/RC trainings, conferences, and seminars.
