• Serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation
• Works with subject matter experts to determine training requirements and deliver training to support these requirements
• Encourages classroom participation and facilitates change management for target audience
• Evaluates and adapts to variances in learning styles within an audience
• Efficiently works in fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities

• Must have CCNA certificate with the ability to obtain the VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Data Center Visualization (DCV) 2023 Certificate with 6 months.

• Experience using learning management systems to conduct technical training.
• Integration of training content into learning management systems.

Job Summary:

QSL is seeking all source intelligence professionals to instruct at the Contingency Intelligence Networks Course at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX for several upcoming openings. Instructors in these positions will provide daily instruction, course development, and exercise facilitation to USAF personnel in core functions of the Mission Planning Cell, Combat Intelligence Cell, and Squadron Intelligence. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel assigned to support platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
• Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
• Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
• Training topics shall include ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI on day 1

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
