About this Job

You will be responsible for expanding NIQ Brandbank’s CPG Retailer network by successfully selling our suite of solutions to CPG Retailers who do not currently contract with our business.

You will be responsible for achieving Quarterly targets; primarily these will be revenue based, but you will also be accountable for creating pipeline opportunity for our Supplier organization through Retailer collaboration programs and integration of Brandbank deliverables on Retailer consumer platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Delivering core revenue targets, exclusively focused on signing new clients to expand our reach and overall product volume
• Accurately forecasting revenue to the North America Commercial Lead and ensuring there is a consistently strong pipeline to deliver targets. This is generally on a monthly basis, but you may be asked to provide additional forecasts at your Manager’s discretion
• Developing a full understanding of the NIQ Brandbank value proposition (both related to core service and additional software products), to sell the solution to your client base, and to support with handling any objections that may be raised.
• Working with the Sales Enablement organization and Commercial Leadership to identify target prospect lists, and owning direct outreach tied to any marketing campaigns
• Where required, supporting partnership conversations and helping identify third parties that can advocate for our solutions on our behalf
• Selling in our content creation solutions, with a strategic focus on increasing the percentage of assets created by NIQ Brandbank vs sourced externally.
• Owning the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to proposal and contracting, and working with our operations team to schedule required work
• Partnering with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from contract signature to business as usual activities once a new client is signed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of commercial experience selling e-Commerce SaaS solutions to FMCG/CPG industry or retailers
• Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives
• Good level of experience in strategic sales planning and implementation, including experience of pipeline management
• Experience in a direct sales environment exclusively focused on generating new business
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach,
• Able to prioritize workload, and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively.
• Professionally presented, articulate and a confident communicator at all levels

Additional Information
• You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained.

Qualifications
You have…

7+ years of experience in a market research agency environment, with specific experience in market landscaping, segmentation, and demand solutions
Overall a good understanding of market research methodologies and techniques, with a focus on consumer insights.
Experience of productised solutions; ideally including developing, launching &/or executing global solutions in a matrixed organization.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Recognised analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not essential.
