The Marketing Manager- Branding & Creatives shall manage and execute the brand marketing plan and all branding initiatives of the company. He/she shall oversee the production of all promotional materials and implementation of other brand awareness/consideration tactics for the campaigns. He/she is the custodian of the NV brand (design, look & voice) and ensures achievement of key brand metrics- awareness, consideration, share of voice, and mold positive brand sentiments across touchpoints.

Main Duties
• Work in collaboration with the head of marketing and respective team to develop 360-degree marketing campaigns involving; campaigns marketing, brand marketing, and other BUs in line with business objectives across different channels.
• Develop and execute brand awareness strategies for the company in line with company branding objectives across different channels
• Manage and design all branding-related plans and lead execution from start to finish including until post-mortem analysis reports.
• Oversee the development of content, messaging, advertisements, events, and other branding-related projects
• Use of trello workspace with the entire marketing department for optimal efficiency, alignment, and transparency
• Creation of brand materials (online and offline) in line with marketing plans
• Build structured events and brand platforms at the same time ensuring channel effectiveness and outreach maximization
• Work collaboratively and in tandem with the marketing campaigns team to effectively scale user acquisition
• Study and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust brand strategies
• Tracks all brand performance; presents it to senior management and to drive future programs.
• Lead coordinator and integrator of all brand awareness GTM campaigns; dealing with creative agency, regional creative team, and customer experience for brand voice.
• Manage, supervise brand marketing specialists, graphic designers, copywriter.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, fine arts, visual communications, advertising, or related field (with a proven track record of success).
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in marketing, advertising and brand management
• Experience in multi-channel marketing
• Knowledgeable in doing brand design and strategy, creative strategy development.
• Excellent project management skills and people management skills

The Shipper Accounts Team serves as the primary point of contact for key customers. They manage the entire customer lifecycle by focusing on business outcomes and identifying service opportunities within their portfolio.

You will develop and maintain close relationships with customers and serve as their strategic advisor to key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. The objective is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs but also to be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up. Main Duties

1. Develop and execute success plans that drive solutions to the business objectives and key milestones of the Shippers.

2. Cultivate multi-level relationships internally and throughout the shipper organisation to serve as a trusted advisor to both shipper and shipper operations

3. Conduct regular performance business reviews to identify potential volume growth and service opportunities

4. Responsible for keeping the client connected and ensuring their stickiness to the company's service by maintaining good and positive relations and being consistently responsive to all communication channels.

5. Coordinate and Align closely with cluster teammates to ensure a suitable experience for their clients in terms of onboarding, operations, and programs

Minimal Qualification:
• BS/BA Degree in any field (Preferably Marketing, Management)
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries preferred
• With at least 2-3 years supervisorial work experience or in the same role / capacity
• Proficient in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Presentation tools
• Preferred proficiency: Advanced
• Customer-oriented - possesses the mindset of understanding customer needs
• Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog
• Flexible and can work on extensive hours when necessary

The Senior Marketing Manager shall craft the annual marketing plan and framework based on the company's growth plan for the Philippines as well as be the driving force behind the growth of the brand in the country.

The Senior Account Executive's (Sr. AE) responsibility is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's international clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs, but be a quick-response team as well that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up. • Familiarize the daily needs of the assigned account, and make sure they have the data that they need whether it be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis

• Ensure that processes are followed - but also look into improving these processes not just for key accounts but for Ninja Van as a whole.
• Responsible for hitting operational KPIs through shipment monitoring from inbound until delivery, data analysis, and project management.
• Manage newly onboarded/existing accounts, ensuring that all the clients' needs are met (Dashboard training, Packaging guideline, etc.), and maintaining their good relations as the all-around representative of Ninja Van.

The Field Sales channel (Brands segment Fashion Apparel and Cosmetics) will focus on offering final mile delivery solutions in the express domestic parcel segment. The Channel is responsible for the revenue development and profitability of this segment within Ninja Van product suite in the local market. Regional strategy and product development roadmaps will be supported by the regional organization and the country lead teams will focus primarily on revenue development and aggressive market share expansion by selling the B2B, B2C, D2C final mile delivery product and related services that are regionally deployed.
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience in in a Commercial/Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
• A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
• Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
• Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
• Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
Responsibilities
• Acquisition, identify and establish Top Brand (Fashion Apparel, Cosmetics, Healthcare, FMCG, or LSP) became customers and Ninja Xpress organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of Business Development
• Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service'
• Lead and manage customers presentations and proposals and conduct monthly performance reviews together with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all customer agreements are cost sensitive so as to ensure a suggested minimum pricing tariff is set and adhered too. Any deviations from this tariff require management’s agreement and justifications.
• Own and drive sales performance, revenue generation, profitability and other related sales levers including channel strategy.
• Proactive negotiation with clients on contractual rates to ensure business retention
• Prepare weekly updates on pipelines and target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan
• Support commercial areas as and when required alongside the business to ensure overall project success and acceptance of the stakeholders.
• Detect potential dysfunctions and/or entries deficits in our business solutions systems, react to any rising information related to process gaps
• Assist in development of relevant materials such as presentations, reports, and related analysis as an when required by the business.
• Monitoring and analyzing key accounts sales trends and revenue sustainability

The Leads Generation Executive is responsible for executing lead generation and acquisition initiatives in order to achieve the desired KPIs. He/she will be consulted upon to assess channel-specific gaps and

needs, make constructive and thoughtful recommendations and see through the execution of the lead

generation, acquisition, and conversion strategies.

Responsibilities
• Work across multiple lead channels to identify potential leads for the Ninja Direct business.
• Qualify leads by communicating with stakeholders within leads and analyzing lead data.
• Map and communicate value of Ninja Van’s services to prospect leads by developing a keen understanding of both Ninja Van’s services and the clients’ business.
• Ensure that all necessary information pertaining to leads are properly documented and stored within our CRM.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing
• At least 1 - 2 years of experiences in sales or lead acquisition
• Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is preferred
• Knowledge in e-commerce, software sales, logistics will be beneficial
• Experiences in working for a Logistic company is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.
• Moderate Proficiency in the English Language.
• Amenable to be assigned in Makati City.
