About the role...

The Technical Evangelist is responsible for supporting co-sales efforts of the account management and/or account executive team. Presales support includes establishing use cases, providing customer support for POCs and product evaluation as well as technical demonstrations and presentations. Regular conference attendance and sales focused webinars will assist with customer education, enablement and ultimately uncovering new sales opportunities. Additionally the Presales Engineer will maintain a close relationship with Nintex’ partner ISV sales engineers. Success in this role requires a passion for technology with a desire to continuously learn and expand their knowledge.

Your contribution will be:

Research, explore and identify customer business problems: Works with the account manager or account executive to identify and explore a customer’s requirements, using Sandler methodology. Helping to scope the right technical solution, establishing the potential for POCs and potentially refer the appropriate partner.

Product Demonstrations and Technical Presentations across the Nintex Workflow Platform: Having identified the customer requirements, the product demonstrations and technical presentations will showcase potential solutions and assist in the technical closure of a deal. This also includes thought leadership at conferences, webinars and community engagements with the aim to create a one to many technical pre-sales channel interaction. This would also increase customer knowledge, engagement, and enablement.

Supporting customers and ISV partner SEs in product evaluations and POCs: The Sales Engineer will support the customer in evaluating the Nintex platform in potential compete situations as well as conducting POCs, ensuring successful technical close of the deal. As Nintex is a partner led organisation this often happens with the support of a Nintex partner. Additionally the Sales Engineer will be a trusted advisor and technical expert to the customer as well as supporting partner ISV presales teams.

Monitoring of technical roadblocks to influence product roadmap decisions: Act as the conduit between the customer and Nintex’ product management team. The Sales Engineer will identify, explore and document use cases that potentially put the technical close at a risk or can be identified as future expansion roadblocks. Partnering with the product management team, the use cases will have a pivotal influence on the Nintex product roadmap.

To be successful we think you need:
• 1-3 years’ practical experience in workflow automation or document generation platforms is required. Knowledge of Nintex an advantage
• Experience working with Business Process Mapping
• Prior successful technology sales experience or experience in a customer-facing technology role
• 1-3 years of practical experience implementing BPM solutions,.
• Past experience with cloud computing architecture work, systems or application design is preferred
• Extraordinary presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences in English, plus other languages relevant within the region
• Experience with the Sandler selling methodology highly preferred
• Must hold themselves accountable and take action
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Ensures execution of regular performance reviews, organizational leadership reviews, and succession planning (in conjunction with Talent Management strategy)
• In partnership with HR CoEs, lead the implementation of effective systems and practices of performance management.

To be successful we think you need:
• At least 10+ years of relevant HR or business experience, with at least 5 years leading HR teams at high-growth companies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree or working experience in Human Resources, Management or Business
• Experience working in Asia
• Functional experience with the Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills are required
• Experience with Ultipro/UKG is preferred
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred, or other comparable ATS management systems
• Experience with Officevibe and/or CultureAmp is preferred, or other comparable surveying systems

About the role...

Nintex is looking for a Licensing administrator for our license management division in Kuala Lumpur. This position will be responsible for assisting customers in provisioning new license keys, updating server names, order processing and ensuring a positive end user experience.

Your contribution will be:
• Responsible for the issuing and fulfilment of license keys and ensuring that accurate contract & asset records are maintained in our system of record Salesforce
• Responsible for overseeing order and licensing for our renewals process, ensuring all Orders processed are in line with company policy and well documented
• Assist with the deal closure cycle by ensuring all documentation to process an order is obtained and valid in accordance with Nintex policies and procedures
• Responsible for the license fulfilment for all associated Nintex products to customers and partners
• Assisting partners & customers and maintaining access to development environments
• Ensuring the correct level of service entitlements are recorded and issued to customers & partners
• Assisting Partners with access to Nintex Partner Portal. • Assisting the sales field, partners & Customers to give product access for Nintex trials and POC’s
• Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with internal business partners and executive management

To be successful we think you need:
• 2+ years’ experience in a data entry role
• 2+ years’ experience working in a software company
• Be able to work 11PM-8AM or 4PM-1AM (All Malaysia time)
• Understanding of servers and IT infrastructure a plus
• Experience with handling a geographic territory that consists of multiple time zones
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency and high-level fluency of English required
• Experience in high pace, fast growth environments

About the Role...

The Compliance Analyst role is part of the Nintex Security Practice Team working with several globally located departments to coordinate and manage our Compliance Program. This is an operational and tactical role, responsible for defining the requirements for adhering to a compliance framework, preparing teams for becoming audit ready, manage the monitoring requirements for maintaining a successful compliance standing, and working with auditors to manage all audit activities. The Compliance Analyst will demonstrate excellent project management experience to plan and accomplish goals for multiple projects happening simultaneously while having a well-versed background in several compliance frameworks.

Your contribution will be:

Domain Knowledge and Documentation: The Compliance Analyst will manage and expand the Nintex Compliance Program and be responsible for the entire compliance lifecycle from gap analysis to audit complete. This includes preparing the company for new compliance frameworks. An essential part of the role will also include meticulous coordination of compliance gap analysis, remediation plans, audits, documentation, self-assessment and other audit activities. Moreover, the Compliance Analyst will enable and facilitate the development and maintenance of all relevant compliance documentation for training, awareness, and continuous operational effectiveness. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and reviewing all evidence gathering for Nintex audits.

Global Stakeholder Management: In this role the Compliance Analyst will be required to advise geographically separated departments (ex. Engineering, Corp IT, Product, Sales, Human Resources and Legal departments) on how to meet controls and maintain testing the effectiveness of those controls at all levels. The Compliance Analyst will train new and existing Nintex staff in compliance initiatives or audit interviewing techniques. In addition, the Compliance Analyst will facilitate third party audits associated with compliance requirements in the Risk Management Program and assist with the Vendor Risk Management reviews for evaluating vendor compliance reports and calculating the risk and impact to Nintex.

Adhere to Nintex Standards and Practices: The Compliance Analyst will assist the Nintex Governance and Risk Committee (GRC) in the writing, editing, and reviewing of the information security policies and guidelines. They will also support compliance integration activities for company acquisitions.

Risk Management and Mitigation: In this role, the Compliance Analyst will be expected to initiate the security reviews and risk assessment processes for new projects and technologies to ensure compliance. The role will also be responsible for providing timely advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholder groups on potential risks to Nintex and propose risk mitigation strategies for implementation globally or regionally.

To be successful we think you need:
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical based field such as engineering, computer science or finance preferable
• CISSP or other security-based certifications, such as CISM preferable
• Any technical certifications targeting Azure of AWS preferable
• Exposure to common compliance frameworks including SOC2 and ISO 27001 required
• Experience working remotely, and preferably with globally or regionally dispersed teams required
• General understanding of Cloud and Hybrid architectures, on either AWS or Azure required
• Strong project management skills and the ability to track and report on project status required
