Job Summary

Unique Role that manages the point where technology, Marketing, and Customer Experience intersect. Responsible for consulting on and operationalizing a Global and Regional Website platform governance framework via management of shopping-related customer journeys on NissanUSA and Nissan Owner’s Portal including supporting cross-project opportunities with InfinitiUSA. Responsible for leading the charge on thrilling shopping and customer experiences, while building strong relationships to drive product delivery with our business and technical partners including, Nissan United, Global CE/PACE platform teams, Nissan Digital, DBS, and other 3rd parties. Project Leader for defining new business processes and requirements with active involvement as a key stakeholder in the technical platforms that support them. Broad portfolio of responsibilities that include UX, compliance, accessibility, privacy, and analytics considerations.

Job Functions

Coordinates website activities from other departments such as Nissan Digital, CMM, C&I, Aftersales, Call Center, Legal, Privacy, and NMAC. Manage multiple teams such as ADA, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Analytics (Adobe, Google, media tags, etc.), Product Development (PD), and Shopping Tools.

· Lead large projects such as: ARIYA reservation program including reconciliation of 3rd Party payment integrations and transactions; Manufacturing Website Evaluation Study (MWES) optimizations; Nissan@Home brand initiatives and integrations with Buy@Home, Drive@Home, Service@Home; and site personalization including both current execution and future strategy. Familiarity with contemporary CDPs and DMPs to integrate future functionality is important.

· Direct oversite of Sr. Planner and their responsibilities supporting ARIYA, LEAF, Electrification, and other website functions.

Job Knowledge and Skill:
Technical prowess, exceptional program management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to deliver on high priority/visibility projects on time and on-budget. Ability to prioritize high volumes of critical tasks in order to deliver iterations of the functionality on brand websites. Expert-level Customer Focus to support tech development to support Customer Journey for brand websites and Owner’s Portal. Expert ability to manage multiple development processes between Nissan Digital, Global Team, and agencies to deliver business priorities. This includes understanding the digital stack and working with vendors that augment the stack with additional functionality. Strong understanding of multiple department business objectives and how they need to be prioritized and presented to the customer. Ability to communicate complex technical situations to non-technical executives for decision-making purposes. Exceptional people and negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree plus 6-10 years of experience developing web applications or websites with a focus on technical integrations. 7 years of experience in program and vendor management. Prior experience in IT/IS environment is desired.

Computer Skills:
User of Jira/Confluence for coordinating development schedules and reporting project status. Effective at building PowerPoint presentations at the executive level showing skill in producing a narrative for concise project/program status, process flows, and issue status. Efficient use of Word, Excel, and other PC applications as required.
