Job Summary

Unique Role that manages the point where technology, Marketing, and Customer Experience intersect. Responsible for consulting on and operationalizing a Global and Regional Website platform governance framework via management of shopping-related customer journeys on NissanUSA and Nissan Owner’s Portal including supporting cross-project opportunities with InfinitiUSA. Responsible for leading the charge on thrilling shopping and customer experiences, while building strong relationships to drive product delivery with our business and technical partners including, Nissan United, Global CE/PACE platform teams, Nissan Digital, DBS, and other 3rd parties. Project Leader for defining new business processes and requirements with active involvement as a key stakeholder in the technical platforms that support them. Job Summary...

Supports assigned dealerships’ sales operations to achieve all district’s new vehicle wholesale and retail sales objectives including commercial. In addition, promotes and supports all customer service and sales-enhancing programs such as CPO and rental programs. Assesses sales operations through routine contact and site visits. Identifies areas of improvement and motivates dealership sales management to make improvements and take corrective actions to drive sales. The Senior Enterprise Architect (EA) establishes and maintains the Nissan Digital Technology Stack (DTS) and associated architectural patterns, is an active member in the Enterprise Review Board (ERB) meetings, and supports peers within Nissan Digital as needed to solve business problems with digital capabilities and solutions. The EA will guide the application development teams in building solutions that are well designed, standards based, secure, robust and with focus on operational excellence.
