This junior position will not only provide administrative and sales support to the existing sales team but will also take lead sales responsibility in developing and maintaining new and existing clients.

This role will split their time between our Rutherford, New Jersey office (2 days) and working remote (3 days). Flexibility is provided.

What You’ll Do:
• Assume primary responsibility for a small number of accounts with the goal of eventually taking on a full-time sale role
• Follow up on requests initiated through email correspondence and/or phone calls
• Serve as a liaison with clients, meeting their needs and fulfilling business
• Execute and input sales orders and all other required forms and paperwork to support sales activities
• Communicate as needed with advertisers and advertising agencies
• Work with internal departments as needed, including order entry, marketing, custom content, production and more
• Prepare and/or draft proposals, mailings, email blasts, correspondence, memos, letters and sales reports
• Administer or coordinate special projects as necessary
• Provide CRM support
• Set up and maintain department files

Who You Are:
• Prior experience in inside sales, sales support, and administrative functions is preferred
• Aptitude and interest in a career in sales strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, including telephone
• Highly organized
• Computer experience with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), customer relationship management software, and accounting and billing software

We are looking for a Custom Content Project Manager/Editor to join our Studio90 team. You will manage the lifecycle of projects from post-sale to launch through to program completion. You’ll also maintain ongoing client interactions for efficient execution of assigned projects, acquiring content and approvals. You will get to work closely with other custom media team members.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in digital publishing platforms for all content types: written website content, video and social. You will also develop external relationships over time with clients, advertising agencies and internal sales teams.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage multiple assigned projects starting with post-sale client contact. This includes developing and maintaining project schedules, incorporating SEO content optimization best practices, and managing promotional deliverables for each program.
• Interact with advertisers to gather content for advertorials and industry-focused custom editorial projects.
• Lead projects to ensure timely, successful launches. This includes problem solving, tracking advertiser approvals. Deadline-driven approach is a must.
• Collaborate with Northstar and freelance designers on project designs.
• Launch program deliverables: upload assigned digital content to appropriate brand websites.
• Traffic project promotional assets to digital advertising operations and production.
• Write original content as needed, research industry trends.
• Assist other custom media editors with writing, editing, proofreading projects when required.
• Proactively suggest workflow and product enhancements, as well as new product ideas as appropriate.

Who You Are:
• 3-4 years publishing, writing and project management skills experience required
• Experience with these digital platforms a plus but training provided in - Adobe InCopy, CMS (Ektron ideal), Photoshop, Shorthand, Brightcove Video, SEMrush
• Social Media publishing platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of print and digital platforms, terminology and workflows.
• Motivated, self-starter. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Passion for project success and exceeding internal and external expectations on projects
• Ability to work well with clients/advertising agencies
• Superior writing and editing skills
