JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director eCommerce Sales AMER, the eCommerce Merchandiser will be responsible for day to day inventory management for NZXT.com as well as maintaining the merchandising of the site to accelerate sales. The person in this role should have a passion for ecommerce and computer components or be up for the challenge to make the inventory puzzle come together for custom and prebuilt gaming PCs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for website inventory management not limited to stock availability and custom configurations defaults
• Manage all product information for AMER store like stock, images, specifications and cross sells
• Partner with Operations team to determine item availability and SLA for shipment
• Collaborate with with product management to optimize configurations and up selling of products
• Ownership of pricing updates in the system (promotions and MSRP/Sale pricing)
• Conduct regular analysis with data team to understand product sell through and opportunities
• Assist in the sell through of aging inventory and RMA products

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data-focused approach to solving problems
• 1-3 years of work experience after college
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet projected deadlines
• Prior experience in eCommerce
• Strong research and analysis skills
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities autonomously
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Adaptive style that supports and promotes collaboration, teamwork, and innovation, and an ability to act and react swiftly to continuous change
• Basic understanding of PC gaming parts.
• Nice to Have: Should have understanding of PC building and components or prior PC gaming industry experience

JOB SUMMARY

The PC Technician I will be responsible for building personal gaming computers for our customers to meet our
growing demand in the PC gaming industry. You will have an opportunity to work independently as well as
collaboratively on a team to ensure our PCs are built with quality to NZXT standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assemble PC gaming computers
- Has a quota of 7 builds per day
- Excellent time management
- Maintain communication with leads and supervisors
- Work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Clean equipment, parts, or tools to maintain them in good working order

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Knowledge in computer hardware and software
- Experience with Microsoft Office

JOB SUMMARY

NZXT is looking for an Associate Content Manager who is driven to build customer-focused content and eCommerce experiences. As a Content Manager, you will be working cross-functionally to design, build, and launch content features that align with NZXTs strategy and vision. In this role, you will be an integral part of the content and product development process at NZXT, working in close collaboration with design, engineering and other teams to plan and execute content launches that engage and delight our customers. You will be responsible for managing a content backlog and schedule, authoring content in our CMS, testing new content features, and collecting customer feedback.
You must be a highly motivated person with a history of delivering projects. You do not need a technical degree but you do need to be an excellent thinker with quantitative skills. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to roll up one’s sleeves are essential for this role. Your educational and/or work history, regardless of the field, should demonstrate your focus on delivery as well as your capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for content management and authorship activities for nzxt.com.
• The content management function authors new products and content pages on nzxt.com and manages cross-organization efforts to ensure stakeholder approval.
• May have full oversight for content features or product enhancements.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams and tracks project schedules and milestones.
• Conducts technical and market research to support product management, assisting them in the resolution of semi-complex problems or may lead them on larger projects.
• Maintains awareness of content and product positioning trends in the industry to help guide the overall content strategy.
• Coordinates among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that projects get to market per specifications and on schedule

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience working in a Software Product Development or Content Publishing organization as a Content Author, Product Specialist or Associate Product Manager
• 1+ year experience with Content Development and Management
• Relevant experience in content aspects related to the specifics of this role:
○ Requirements gathering and documentation
○ Experience working in a Content Management System like Dato CMS, Contentful, etc.
○ Content Management practices and philosophy
○ Experience working in planning tools like JIRA, Asana, etc. relevant tools
○ Experience working in Digital Asset creation and management tools like Frontify, Figma, etc.
○ Agile Methodologies related to Software Development
○ Exemplary communication skills
