JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director eCommerce Sales AMER, the eCommerce Merchandiser will be responsible for day to day inventory management for NZXT.com as well as maintaining the merchandising of the site to accelerate sales. The person in this role should have a passion for ecommerce and computer components or be up for the challenge to make the inventory puzzle come together for custom and prebuilt gaming PCs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for website inventory management not limited to stock availability and custom configurations defaults
• Manage all product information for AMER store like stock, images, specifications and cross sells
• Partner with Operations team to determine item availability and SLA for shipment
• Collaborate with with product management to optimize configurations and up selling of products
• Ownership of pricing updates in the system (promotions and MSRP/Sale pricing)

NZXT is looking for an Associate Content Manager who is driven to build customer-focused content and eCommerce experiences. As a Content Manager, you will be working cross-functionally to design, build, and launch content features that align with NZXTs strategy and vision. JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director eCommerce Sales AMER, the eCommerce Merchandiser will be responsible for day to day inventory management for NZXT.com as well as maintaining the merchandising of the site to accelerate sales. The person in this role should have a passion for ecommerce and computer components or be up for the challenge to make the inventory puzzle come together for custom and prebuilt gaming PCs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for website inventory management not limited to stock availability and custom configurations defaults

• Manage all product information for AMER store like stock, images, specifications and cross sells

• Partner with Operations team to determine item availability and SLA for shipment

• Collaborate with with product management to optimize configurations and up selling of products
