Job Summary/Objective
Analyzes, defines and supports key growth initiatives to help drive internal efficiencies and value creation in support of the Sales / Direct Sales business unit. Leverages industry and subject matter expertise to support, collect, and analyze data related to product activations, product usage, market dynamics, and CRM activities to create insights that help drive Sales growth. Works with CRM, data warehouses and BI tools (i.e. LinkIQ, Power BI, Easy Territory) to produce reports that provide insight and guidance to Sales management including mapping employee activities to overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)

9. Provides actionable insight, bringing transparency to key trends and issues underlying business performance that will ultimately determine leadership-level corrective action plans.
10. Uses inherent industry and product subject matter expertise to mentor and assist other employees.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the role's key responsibilities will be considered.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in data, business, and/or process analysis, to include working with applications such as Microsoft Excel/Access/Dynamics, Power BI, Azure, Easy Territory, and Web-scale databases, plus experience with trend analysis and leveraging data predictions.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Business Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
At least 7 years prior experience in Project / Program Management with proven success in leading teams and complex, cross-functional medium-to-large scale global projects to successful completion (or alternatively project management consulting experience)
Plus at least 3 years working in a SaaS organization supporting Product Management and technology-focused initiatives.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
• Strong facilitation and consultative skills.
• Strong business process improvement skills and the ability to articulate processes at varying degrees of granularity to different audiences.
• Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to make formal presentations to senior management and articulate dependencies and complexities.
• Strong leadership skills, and can motivate and lead internal resources to work together to resolve complex project problems.
• Ability to independently shepherd complex interactions and situations.
• Can effectively manage through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
• Able to effectively work and thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions.
Special Position Requirements
• Occasional travel is expected in this position.
• Able to fluctuate work hours as necessary to engage with different time zones globally.
