Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree is required. (Degrees in Accounting/Finance/Business/Mathematics preferred.)
• 3-5 years multi-state payroll experience required.
• High-volume experience processing payroll, preferably for a global organization with 10,000+ employees nation-wide.
• ADP EV5 Payroll Module.
• Strong leadership and communication a must, including the ability to inspire positive creativity and team spirit.
• Advanced PC skills working with MS Access **, MS Excel, MS Word and SharePoint.
• APA Certification preferred. **
• Ability to run and create reports in ADP **

Responsibilities
• Foster an environment of data quality and accuracy using disciplined payroll audit functions, including usage of electronic calculations, digital payroll media and electronic data management.
• Manage payroll workload to ensure payrolls are compliant and processed accurately, timely and meet operational requirements.
• Manage efficient and accurate processing of semi-monthly transactions.
• Review computed wages and tax issues, including correction procedures to ensure the accuracy of wage and tax reporting, W-2, 940, 941, etc. **
• Ensure process integrity over all changes that impact payroll master files and pay data entry records.
• Maintain strong partnerships with all HR Teams, Benefits, Finance and OMC Payroll on all payroll issues.
• Oversee payroll inquiries and resolves discrepancies as required.
• Process manual checks as needed/requested.
• Maintain employee confidence and trust.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity with all OMG Payroll operations.
• Send Replicon outstanding timesheet emails to Weekly, Overtime eligible and Replicon approvers.

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $85,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of large complex clients
• Partners regularly with brand leaders to complete client staffing, forecasting, and pricing analyses

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
