Role Overview:
Manage small/medium/large size HRIS and Financial Systems projects through all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation, scoping and planning, execution and closeout. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years in IT or Finance/Accounting, with 2+ years’ project management experience
• Strong project management experience and skill set inclusive of the following areas: scope management, schedule development and management, risk management, issue management, change management, communication management, cost management and quality management
• PMP Certification preferred/a plus
• Understanding and respecting data confidentiality in the workplace
• Prior Experience in managing large scale ERP implementation projects including Microsoft D365 and SuccessFactors highly preferred
• Experience with managing Microsoft DevOps a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proactive communicator and collaborator with external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, good attention to detail, problem solver
