Role Overview:
Manage small/medium/large size HRIS and Financial Systems projects through all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation, scoping and planning, execution and closeout. Projects will cover all areas of including Software Development, 3rd party/SaaS software implementation, and Process Improvements/ Automation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years in IT or Finance/Accounting, with 2+ years’ project management experience
• Strong project management experience and skill set inclusive of the following areas: scope management, schedule development and management, risk management, issue management, change management, communication management, cost management and quality management
• PMP Certification preferred/a plus
• Understanding and respecting data confidentiality in the workplace
• Prior Experience in managing large scale ERP implementation projects including Microsoft D365 and SuccessFactors highly preferred
• Experience with managing Microsoft DevOps a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proactive communicator and collaborator with external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, good attention to detail, problem solver
• Ability to mult-task and execute simultaneously on multiple high priority projects
• Smartsheet experience preferred/a plus

Responsibilities
Project Management:
• Execute all project work and initiatives based on PMO Governance Model. Fully accountable for all project documentation and deliverables in Project Portfolio Management Tool (Project Toolkit)
• Project Execution/Delivery: Manage all project work and related activities on a daily basis. Responsible for execution and final delivery of the project. Accountable for ensuring deadlines are met and roadblocks are identified and mitigated
• Will need to be able to manage several HRIS and Financial Systems projects concurrently
• Manage Project Scope/Status: Develop and manage project schedules (plans), resources, deliverables, issues, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle with input from all stakeholders
• Project Communications: Keep management and key stakeholders well informed on a timely basis. Issue weekly Status Reports and Project Dashboard to Stakeholders. Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status meetings
• Risk Management: Communicate and socialize pending project risks within and across the project team(s). Manage risk classification workflow related to specific project. Escalate risks as required to appropriate level of management. Lead project risk mitigation efforts
• Project Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team throughout the life cycle of the project
• Project Closeout/Final Acceptance: Acquire final acceptance of the project (from the sponsor/business lead), ensuring project meets scope and success criteria. Lead Lessons Learned process
Client Service:
• Work directly with other FHRIS, IT team members and business teams within OMG and other Omnicom agencies to ensure overall business objectives are met in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner possible

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with closely with the Senior Manager L&D on design and implementation of effective training materials; e-learning, job aids or others specialized content
• Design, develop and produce effective training materials to improve knowledge gain and enhance competency and skill gaps.
• Must be able to recommend course of action to achieve desired training outcomes (develop new content, revise existing content, use existing content).
• Develop instructional strategies (facilitation guide, train the trainer, hands on labs) for custom programs.
• Create agendas, storyboards, scripts, timelines, and all faculty facilitation documentation.
• Create supporting training materials, such as exercises, activities for live webinar and/or live classroom training which reinforce the learning outcomes.
• Identify evaluation metrics and techniques to measure and monitor the effectiveness of these programs.
