As a Building Trade/Construction Occupation Trades Teacher for the Department of Corrections (DOC), you will be responsible for the instruction and training of inmate students in the vocational areas of building trades, custodial maintenance, and other closely related job skills. In this role, you will provide both theory and hands-on instruction while exercising therapeutic care, custody, and control over inmates.
Join the DOC team in their mission to reduce criminal behavior by providing individualized treatment and education to offenders, resulting in successful community reintegration through accountability and positive change.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
• Full-time employment (37.5-hour work week)

• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $55,919.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Necessary Special Requirements:
