Customer Advocates on the Collections Team are held to a new set of standards being established within the Financial Service Industry. As a member of this team, Customer Advocates have an overall objective of quickly discerning customer payment conflicts and providing the appropriate level of customer service. This objective will be accomplished while focusing on the customer experience and a true willingness to help re-establish a positive payment history. Functionally applying collections concepts with true customer service allows Customer Advocates to be meaningful contributing members of the OppLoans framework. This also allows Customer Advocates to establish their role as an “advisor” to the customer through education on products and services offered by OppLoans. In this role, you will:
• Report to Floor Supervisors and Senior Management for the department.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a goal-oriented department.
• Provide quality customer service regarding collections issues while maintaining the goal of reducing delinquency.
• Use computer systems to process customer requests about payments or account maintenance.
• Discuss account statuses with customers.
• Apply system data and product knowledge to educate customers about best practices when establishing financial responsibility.
What you will bring to the team:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a collections-oriented contact center, high-volume contact center environment preferred
• Commitment to excellent customer service for both external and internal customers by demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Demonstrate reliability by self-regulating to maintain regular and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and establish a professional relationship in a collaborative manner that is distraction-free remote environment with reliable internet access
• Exceptional time management skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
• A team player who shares ideas and information to help the team meet objectives and thrive in a fast-past environment

Job Level: Entry
The hourly rate is $16.00, as well as a bi-weekly bonus calculated based on dollars collected for each pay period. The payout percentage ranges between 2% - 10% of dollars collected per the bi-weekly pay period.

• Manage the process and tools for Information Security & Risk Management, and process IT due-diligence requests and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and regulations.

What you'll get to do :
• Manage the process and tools for Information Security & Risk Management, and process IT due-diligence requests and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and regulations.
• Function as a central third-party risk management subject matter expert looking to involve third parties in processes that interact with data.
Support completion of information security review process for all new third parties, and annual reviews for all other relationships, that receive and / or interact with data.

Sr. Technical Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Technical Program Manager to deliver technical solutions to the business. He or she will also help drive process efficiency and agile adoption by working with Technology management to define, develop and improve Technology delivery processes. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Technical Program Manager to deliver technical solutions to the business. He or she will also help drive process efficiency and agile adoption by working with Technology management to define, develop and improve Technology delivery processes. He or she will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team, across multiple projects and multiple locations.

• Manage delivery from concept/requirements definition to end-user deployment in a fast-paced environment through the full project lifecycle
• Develop sprint plans with the Scrum team, plan iterations, drive estimation exercises
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review/demos, and retrospectives meetings
• Ensure impediment removal, or guide the team through impediment removal in a cross-functional environment
• Maintain project/sprint plan and relevant metrics that help the team track progress and keep to targets
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, facilitates progress, identifies and manages risks & issues
• Work with Technology Leadership team on status reporting including project progress, velocity calculation, preparation of burndowns, etc.
• Business Analysis
• Document project scope, business needs, costs, and benefits
• Conduct data and process analysis (both ongoing and ad hoc)
• Ensure all work is tracked accurately and statuses updated appropriately in the workflow management system (Jira)
• Collaborate with business and IT to define and document business, system and project requirements
• Help drive high-level initiatives to improve SDLC and Agile
What you will bring to the team:
• Scrum Master experience with working knowledge of Agile practices while delivering on commitments and motivating the team to do so
• Sound knowledge of software development and testing best practices along with excellent analytical and creative & innovative problem-solving skills
• Strong hands-on background in analysis/design and facilitation skills in leading requirements elicitation workshops, interfacing with business and technology teams
• Able to evaluate processes and data to generate core insights and proactively present the information to management along with recommendations for changes and solutions
• Flexible to respond to changing requirements that might invalidate original plans
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
• Able to work flexibly, collaboratively and effectively communicate with various functional areas and employee levels within the company, from line-level to executive leadership, within a constantly evolving cross functional team environment
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in managing cross-disciplinary teams across multiple technical projects is a must
• Prior experience with Jira required
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus
• 10+ years of proven track record in running complex IT project delivery at an enterprise level or as a business analyst and/or system analyst
• 2-5 years project management or product management experience is desirable
• 3+ years of financial industry experience is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
