Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling Optimum Products and services to Enterprise companies. This position will sell to new accounts as well as to existing accounts as assigned. Responsibilities
• Sell Coax based Internet, Voice and TV to enterprise businesses to obtain and exceed a monthly quota.
• Will be responsible to conduct daily activities aimed at establishing new customer relationships each week while developing new revenue opportunities. with existing customer base.
• Responsible to deepen existing customer relationships through upgrades and additional services opportunities with named accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Process marketing leads for new opportunities with mid-market non-strategic accounts and prospects.
• Become familiar and adept in presenting our core products.
• Be pro-active and keep up with our ever-changing industry with regards to new product offerings, industry changes, and competitor actions.

What you'll be doing:
• Participate in multiple engagements delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Mentor technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities
• Participate in code reviews and Go-Live planning efforts
• Participate in customer discovery workshops
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to inform on technical requirements
• Maintain active status on all certifications (deltas and fees)

Get in touch if you have:
• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 4+ years of end user or client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
• Experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow application suites: ITSM, SPM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, Bootstrap, AngularJS, RESTful web services, Ajax, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub Spokes, Custom Actions, and legacy workflow technologies
• Ability to conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts
• Experience with supervising and inspecting code migrations between instances, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on approaches to remediate assigned defects
• Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer
• Healthcare industry experience and certifications a plus

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)
• Partner with Business Process Consultants to assess customer environments’ technology health and the effectiveness of facilitating business processes with ServiceNow.
• Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design across the customer enterprise.
• Participate in customer engagements delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising on best practice.
• Mentor technical consulting team members on development and configuration activities.
• As needed to support the dedicated sales team, participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimate time and effort for delivery.
• Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee the technical aspects of Go-Live planning efforts.
• Partner with Business Process Consultants to lead customer discovery workshops and define technical requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow application capabilities, and the use cases ServiceNow addresses for healthcare customers.
• Maintain awareness of healthcare industry challenges and drivers.
• Keep clients’ business goals at the forefront of conversations and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity.

Education/Experience Requirements
• 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience with multiple product certifications
• Experience in the one or more of the following ServiceNow applications is preferred but not required: SecOps, SPM, ITOM, HRSD.
• 10 years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
• Web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, RESTful Web Services) and advanced development with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow configuration and development constructs, including IntegrationHub, scoped application development, and Studio
• Assigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories

• Up to 10% travel as needed; otherwise remote
