RESPONSIBLITIES

3. Detect, deter, and/or detain external theft suspects
4. Interview suspects and witnesses to obtain all pertinent information; provide written detailedincident report(s) to managers
5. Review/monitor camera footage, as needed
6. Work with management, internal and external partners, and/or law enforcement to resolve incidents and execute training around theft awareness and reduction
7. Any other duties assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Our Beaver Nation, the fundraising arm of Oregon State Athletics comes together to create experiences, tell stories, and builds communities to encapsulate the impact that college athletics has on fans, donors, alumni, and friends to join the mission of Oregon State Athletics through philanthropy in making the world a better place and feel appreciated for the difference they make through partnerships with the university and our student-athletes.
As members of the Our Beaver Nation team, these student employees will provide high quality graphic design services under the direction of the Director of Donor Relations and the Director of Annual Giving supporting events, donor relations, and annual giving. These students will create educational and marketing design projects (from concept to finish) including final products and templates that represent Our Beaver Nation, in alignment with the athletics brand.
These student employees will design print and digital materials, templates, social media graphics, infographics, promotional materials and more in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and PowerPoint.
Applicants should be self-starters, creative and able to work both independently and collaboratively to both craft and execute design concepts.
Position Duties
Major Duties for major gift/events focused student
• Create graphics for Major Gift needs
o Established visual identity for FEARLESS, Head Coach’s Circle, Sweet 16, Terry Baker Society, and Forever Beavs
o Capital project solicitation materials
• Creative work for donor communications and recognition
o Create graphics/reports for various donor acknowledgments and impact reports
o Creative support for:
§ Donor recognition and proposed donor recognition opportunities
§ Celebrations, anniversaries etc.
§ Specific donor solicitation efforts
• Creative work for events and high-level donor engagement activities
o Invitations (email, confirmation email, follow up)
o Registration imagery
o in-venue
• Additional applicable skills include photography as well as video filming and editing.
• Various game day responsibilities to capture content related to donor relations.

• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment

• High School student: Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home-schooling program
• Undergraduate and post-baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term
• Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term*
• Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term
• Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term*
• International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered “full-time” by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Position Summary
